One side all you could see was lettuce. Should rename the lettuce taco. My wife ordered a meal that came in a box. One of the items was suppose to be a beefy layered burrito no beef to be found. She also ordered a mini taco salad, They put a spicy sauce on it so she ask if there was an alternative. One of the option she mentioned was sour cream. They put about an eighth of a teaspoon on and charged $.90. While we were sitting there a Taco Bell guy that goes around and rates employees was talking to an employee about what they did good and bad while working. I downloaded Yelp just complain about this. I have been to a lot of Taco Bell's and this is by far the worst one. I don't know what the workers are smoking in the back, but my order came out comically bad. 1. The nacho fries were so stale that even my air fryer couldn't save them 2. I would not be shocked if my burrito was the first burrito they have ever wrapped. It was short and stubby and fell apart right when picked up 3. The most insane was they forgot the crunchy disk inside of the crunch wrap. That's like the most important part of the Crunchwrap. The night of April 4th to April 5th I was picking up my online order from this location. I made a mistake to pull up straight up to the window without announcing my pickup. The drive thru employee made a big deal out of it, raising his voice and berating me for such a mishap. He was giving me the stankiest attitude, that I had never experienced in my life as a customer. He threw the order and shut the window on me like I was the scum of the earth insulting him with my presence. That whole situation felt very unsafe, I was threatened and wasn't sure that he wasn't gonna assault me right there. He never gave me his name, but here's the photo of the culprit. Yikes. After reading the other reviewers' experiences, I was hoping to be a unicorn and that mine would be different. Unfortunately, the taco supreme I ordered was served to me with a broken taco shell. It looks like they tried to fix it by putting it in a new taco shell, but that one cracked too because of being overloaded. The taco was good; although there was much more diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce than seasoned beef. The manager of this location is quite stingy with taco sauces because they don't place them out so customers can get them - you have to ask the employees to hand you some. I asked for a lot of fire sauce packets and was handed four packets. The entrance to this is a bit tricky because you have to turn on SW Troy St to pull into the Taco Bell's driveway. There is only one entrance so if you miss the turn at SW Troy St, then you'll have to U-turn back to try again. read more

I have to admit, this is single handedly the best Taco Bell I've ever ate at. The food was crispy, hot, and as fresh as Taco Bell can be. Ordering was quick and easy and accurate. willing to make the 10 mile drive to come to this location since all the others I've ever visited have wilted lettuce and just soggy food. I see so many negative reviews in regards to this location and I simply can't see it. My experience was the complete opposite. Maybe stop making your orders so crazy and making so many changes. Waited 30 minutes in line to place, then receive my order. This happens frequently at this location but today was over the top rediculous. The food was ok but the long wait is unacceptable. Other drive thru's (including other Taco Bells) manage to move their customers thru at a quick and smooth pace. This has been a ongoing problem at this location. Unfortunately, once you've commited to the line, there is no way out except to wait it out. I can't imagine what would happen if there was a emergency. All I keep thinking to myself is why would I possibly write a review for a fast food joint such as Taco Bell, especially since my last review was for a 5 star luxury hotel. Boy folks I have downgraded, nonetheless this review is very necessary. After working really long 15 hour days i'm starving and just need something in my belly. Taco Bell is the only "fast" food I will eat. I put fast in quotation marks because this location is far from fast. Expect to wait a minimum of 15 minutes. The last time I went was by far the worst. There was only one car in front of me but he seemed to be having an issue and was yelling at the lady as he was ordering. So it took about ten minutes to even get my order taken. Waited another ten for the food. It was a teenage girl working who clearly thought she was way to good for the job and her attitude was showing all around. She handed me the bag, but I asked her if there was any sauce in the bag. She said no, you didn't ask for any sauce (of course with a snarky attitude). Okay, anyone who ever goes to any Taco Bell can back me up on this one. They always ask you what kind of sauce you want when they have your order in their hand. As I drove away the car line increased to over ten cars, all I was thinking was good luck you will be there a while. Got home with my tbell, opened my potato taco to put some sauce and there was 4 tiny scraps of potatoes. What the heck! And I had two more potato tacos the same way. If you are out of potatoes just tell me and I will order something else, don't give me the bottom of the barrel garbage. Around 11:15am on October 31st I visited this location at 7710 SW Barbur Blvd. I ordered a beef chalupa with no sour cream, soft taco and small Sierra Mist. Upon arriving home i noticed my chalupa had chicken on it not beef. I also noticed my receipt was not given to me. I returned to the restaurant and went back through the drive thru. I told them what happened and ask for my receipt and a refund. I was told they had already remade my chalupa and I asked for my receipt and when I got home I noticed the bag had 2 chalupas not 1 and they both had sour cream AND the receipt was for an order that was not mine. I called the store and asked for the franchise owners information. I was laughed at so I hung up and did a google search and found the information. I called multiple times and nobody answered so I filed a formal complaint with corporate. read more

I feel bad writing this but I have to give a PSA: don't come here if you expect it to be fast. I sometimes want a snack while i'm waiting for my bus transfer. Don't do it if you want to avoid anxiety. I just waited more than fifteen minutes for a bean and cheese burrito. Almost missed my bus, and they didn't get my order right. It has rice and the wrong kind of cheese (nacho, no thanks). I wished I could have walked through the drive through since they so clearly prioritized drive through orders far and above the people in the restaurant. I understand that to an extent, but they must have made five hefty to go orders before they started my SIMPLE AS CAN BE one. The people are really nice and friendly and they offered me a drink or dessert to apologize for the wait, but I'm trying to run after and not be **completely*** unhealthy so I didn't even take it. The point of fast food restaurants is that they're fast and reliable. This one needs improvement, because they didn't satisfy any of the reasons I went there in the first place. I want to be clear: this place isn't bad because it's a Taco Bell - you go to Taco Bell, you know what you're getting. That's fine. But this place is bad *among* Taco Bells. If we created a ranking system where a standard, normal Taco Bell got five stars, this one would get one star on that scale. Their ability to screw up an order is truly heroic. I've been to this branch maybe 5-10 times since it opened, and I'm not exaggerating to say they currently owe me about $50 dollars for food I've paid for, but which they did not put in my bag at the drive through window. However, their parking lot design is such that there is no way to pull over to check your order once it has been given to you -- nor any way to get back into the parking lot to correct the order if they get it wrong. Faced with having to make a U-turn on Barbur Blvd at rush hour to get back to complain, I'm sure I'm not the only one who has routinely and silently returned home, missing major portions of my order. It happens so absolutely predictably, every single time I go here, I'm forced to conclude it's deliberate: they know they can make extra money if they short your order, because most people won't deal with the traffic to return to the restaurant to complain. Today, the missing portion was every single thing one of my daughters ordered. I've come here a few times and it's been bad every time but this has been the worst by far. Probably not going to come back for a while and hopefully they get more people working.
