Given it was quite late, around 1-2AM, we were sure the employees working there were not happy when we showed up in the drive-thru wanting to order. It was obviously open, but it was a long pause of silence when we were waiting in the drive-thru to get someone to talk to us. We were able to order a few things, limited menu items since it was late, and they were going to close soon. Gave me wrong food and no receipt I didn't even leave parking lot and went back through drive thru and the lady yelled at me and said I ordered wrong. They tried to make me pay again then some other lady told me to come Inside and they gave me the correct food after 10 minutes of back and forth and it was thrown together so poorly you would need a fork to eat it. I know another 1 star review will pretty much go unnoticed here, which is not surprising. It takes A LOT for me to take food back. This Taco Bell has messed up my orders many times, I'll stay away for a few weeks, and give them a try again. I usually just say oh well when I get home and eat what I'm given, and they've never heard a complaint from me before. A lot of places make mistakes, that happens. Missing items, wrong items, I've been there, I understand. Tonight I went through their drive thru and paid $9 for a Crunch Wrap Combo. When I got home and opened the wrap, it was extremely light and thin. So I opened it up. It looks like they took a quarter scoop of meat and spread it kind of around the edge, and then put a tiny bit of the veggies in the middle on the open side. It was missing 90% of everything but the tortillas. $9 for what amounts to two tortillas with a little liquid cheese, plus a $1 side taco that I did not even open after seeing the Crunch Wrap. Congratulations. I think I'm done with Taco Bell altogether after this incident. I took it back and got my money back. Not going to give them a chance to remake it and possibly do something to my food. I went across the street to McDonald's and was given what I asked and paid for. read more

He was smiling and really came across like he was friendly and having fun. he was also on top of things and made sure that my drink was corrected for the one I asked for without me having to say anythin. In my previous review, I stated that I would never use the drive thru again due to their super slow service. Well, technically, I didn't use the drive thru, my husband did. I just happened to be in the car. I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised at the short time we spent at the drive thru. From start to finish, our drive thru time was less than 10 minutes, even with 3 cars ahead of us! For that, it gets an extra star. I don't think Cobb County has a Taco Bell that I would be brave enough to eat at. This was my son & I first and last visit to this location since moving to the area. Went through the drive thru around 8pm this past Saturday evening. I wanted to try the Naked Chicken taco, so I order the box, which said it was $5 on the sign, but the cashier gave a total of $6.99, I advised him that the sign said $5...his response was" I don't know ma'am, I just work here" ...... I laughed and drove up to the window, he said " ok, do you still want us to make it" I say no and ask him about his phrase " I just work here" he shrugged-lol, I drove away!!!! If I couldve left I would have but this is a single lane drive thru. This location has a inexperienced manager that has lost complete control of staff. This is consistently the worst fast food establishment I've ever been too. Every time I've ever gone they are either out of beef or out of tortillas or some other core ingredient to all of the food. This particular visit they didn't have any beef so I just went with a cheesy bean and rice burrito off the dollar menu which is $1.20 because they also have jacked up prices. I get home and my cheesy bean and rice burrito doesn't have any rice or cheese sauce. Instead of cheese sauce they put a small pinch of cheddar. I basically ended up with a bean tortilla. Let me start by saying that 1 star is about 10 too many. This has got to be the hands down the worst fast food experience anyone could have, and I have gotten food poisoning before that was better than this place. I have already gotten my order wrong from here in the past, but I thought I would give them a third chance. I usually use the app to order from and have used it here before and found that they closed early. Luckily I got refunded without having to question it. This time we went there late, about 10:15 PM, made a mobile order, finally got to the window since there were a few cars in front of us. When we got there they asked again about my order, I told them it was a mobile order. They asked that I pull forward and they would bring it out, nothing out of the ordinary so far, but that ended there. I knew it was not going well when I saw another car waiting and had to send back incorrect items. About 20 minutes goes by and still waiting. Finally someone comes out and asks my name, I confirmed and he brought out what was obviously the wrong order. I asked what is this, he said (in a very annoyed tone) this is your order, it's what you asked for. I told him that it was not. He asked that I come inside, so I did where I was met by another employee who told me that I could not be inside, and asked me to leave. I explained that the other employee asked me in and inquired about my order. She told me that she could not make my order since they were out of black beans. I told her that I had already paid. She said they could substitute refried beans, and since I had already paid, I reluctantly agreed. Then I went back outside as asked. I waited about 15 minutes more and finally left without anything. This was the last time I will ever visit this store. I am only writing this review to warn everyone about using the app at this location. They will accept the order and tell you they can't make it, if it's late they might ignore you completely . These are quite possible the most uncaring fast food employees in the Atlanta area. It seems that by placing orders that keep them employed, you are only making their lives more difficult, and they will show you with attitude. Really not a fan of this location. Order is usually wrong. Employees seem like it's a hassle to even take your order let alone even repeat at the window to make sure their cashing out the correct order. If you enjoy a terrible experience that will literally get into a shouting match at the window with you over your order, then please -l ook no further than this Taco Bell. We drove up and placed an order. The onscreen total showed $14, but when we pulled up, the Manager took the card, and charged us $17 - telling us "Your total is $17" after having already charged us the difference. When we expressed that the price was different on the screen? "Well, I told you it was $17" was his answer. When we stated it again that it was $14 at the screen, he proceeded to state it was $17 that he /said/, and literally asked "Well, what do you want, a refund?" So we said yes. We'll take a refund and go. It was at this point he started to raise his voice, arguing further, insisting we should "Look at the receipt" and "I said 17$." We asked if he was the manager - of which he said yes. We told him we'd be reporting to his supervisor, of which he said "Sure, go ahead, and make sure you tell them I said it was $17." and continued to raise his voice. When we asked if he was raising his voice at us? His response was - "Yes, I am." In an even louder tone. At this point, the car behind us started to honk at us to hurry up. He finally closed the window, and started to issue the refund. After which, this man called out to one of his employees, and said, and I quote, "This nigger, I don't know what his problem is." We responded with a resounding "What did you just say?" of which he only smirked, closing his lips and going back to issuing the refund. Never even apologized for it. Never acknowledged that he did it. He thought he couldn't' be heard shouting behind the window, I guess.
