Not sure if this location is under new management or something when comparing previous reviews, or if they just fall victim to the "1 star-reviewers" that literally only post reviews when they're angry. But this Taco Bell is awesome. I don't normally review fast food places, but we were loving the Y2K menu and feeling nostalgic, so, we took a trip to Taco Bell. First, when the wife and I drove up, a guy - think it was the manager - was entering the store, and he held the door open and waited while we crossed the entire parking lot. We exchanged pleasant banter about how he didn't have to do that, then he welcomed us in. Got a huge welcome from the staff behind the counter as well, and a young lady came out onto the floor and asked if we needed any help. Top notch service. The only negative is the new, modern ambience that all of the these fast food restaurants are doing. It was cold and dark. But we ordered to go anyway, lol. No big deal. I came in and ordered (2) beef taco Supremes and all I could say is where is the beef I didn't ask for a vegan taco. Check your taco before you leave. One star is being beyond nice. we go to this establishment every night when i got off of work. each time i go, i am greeted and met with horrible attitudes, rushed service, and overall disgusting behavior. the only time i am met with a nice person is when it is the tall manager who is a guy. They practically throw our food at us, never greet us with a smile, and always forget SOMETHING. i called and complained about this one young lady, went the next day, and she gave us a nasty look and switched with another person. which is good in the long run; but it was to the point where all of the workers in the building besides the cooks were staring at us and in the frame to find out who we were and what was going on. completely makes us uncomfortable and it is just rude and disgusting behavior coming from an establishment, regardless of it being fast food. do better. read more

On 3/15/26 I ordered the chalupa supreme. I it tasted good. However about 4 hours later I had abdominal distress and an extreme case of the runs. I lasted for over 5 hours. Before I left, I called to make sure this location had lava sauce. I drove there within 12 minutes and was told they were out when I ordered . So they lied to me on the phone. Got drive thru - was asked to wait for a couple seconds before ordering - five full minutes later was asked to continue waiting. After 3 more minutes we got to order. We were hurriedly handed our food and the window was closed on us without asking if we needed anything else or if the order was correct. We got home and it wasn't. Absolutely horrible, got home and food was cold. Not like like slightly cold after driving home, like cold cold. The tacos weren't even heated they weren't cooked hard to even bite. My husband box was flat out cold as well. On top of that we had gone through the Drive-Thru and the employee was completely rude.
