Zata has Fresno brand grape leaves (TIP: season ends soon!) that are higher quality than even from our vines we grow ourselves. The (frozen) ground lamb likewise is the best we've ever tasted. Zata always also has (either frozen or) fresh, locally-baked Persian naan. It's pillowy inside and perfectly baked outside. This bread is my new favorite too.
