I had some great service by...I think her name was Rosa. The food was fresh and warm . It was so warm I even put the burrito on my face to keep my face warm. I love the soda fountain because they have soo many options.

    Taco Bell email reply.

Ordered breakfast via app. Was told it was ready. Arrived , went to counter, and no one acknowledged me. Asked if anyone was working at the front, none of the 3 people I could see acknowledged me. After a few minutes, I left without my food. I've attached Taco Bell's reply. Apparently they aren't allowed to say, "We're sorry"

What in the world are these?

We ordered the new chicken nuggets to try them. What in the world are these? Disgusting!

A void This Location - Hostile Staff, EBT Refusal, and Unprofessional Conduct I regrettably visited this Taco Bell on May 20, 2025, at 9:35 PM PST, and experienced one of the worst fast-food interactions of my life. This location's staff demonstrated blatant disregard for federal EBT protocols, customer rights, and basic professionalism. Here's a breakdown of what happened: 1. EBT Payment Refusal & Ignored Protocols I attempted to pay using my EBT card, which this location claims to accept as part of California's Restaurant Meals Program (RMP). When the cashier, Jorge, stated their EBT machine was broken, I informed him about the mandatory manual voucher process required by USDA regulations (7 CFR § 274.6). Instead of complying, he ignored my request and repeated, "It's broken," refusing to contact a supervisor or attempt alternative methods. 2. Hostile Staff Escalation After 10+ minutes of being ignored, shift lead Elise stormed to the window, yelling, "Get out of the drive-thru or we'll call the police!" When I insisted on speaking to a manager, she falsely claimed none were available. Her aggressive tone and threats created a hostile environment, which I recorded (legal in California's public drive-thru spaces). Elise then wrongly accused me of violating her "rights" by recording, showcasing a clear misunderstanding of privacy laws. 3. Impact on Other Customers Three vehicles behind me abandoned their orders after witnessing this confrontation. The staff's unprofessionalism didn't just affect me--it cost Taco Bell $40+ in lost sales and deterred hungry customers. Pattern of Poor Service This isn't an isolated incident. Existing Yelp reviews (e.g., "Employees don't talk to you... completely ignored" and "Miscommunication and forgetful with people's orders") confirm systemic issues. The lack of training on EBT protocols and customer service is glaring. What You Should Do * EBT Users: Avoid this location. Visit the El Camino Real Taco Bell instead, which honors manual vouchers. * All Customers: Save yourself the stress. Staff here prioritize speed over accuracy or courtesy. Final Note to Management Your team needs urgent retraining on: * USDA manual voucher procedures for EBT outages * De-escalation tactics (CA Labor Code § 6401.7) * Public recording rights (CA Penal Code § 632) Until changes are made, I strongly advise others to steer clear.

Don't ask for anything extra at the window!

Poor customer service in drive through. They were more interested in getting to next order than giving me good service. I simply asked for green sauce. There is a charge at this location. I agreed - but was told they could not accommodate me because they had to get to the next car.

I pretty much go to this Taco Bell location whenever I crave nachos and a Mexican pizza. Conveniently located down the street about 2 mins drive. Staff has been really nice every time I go to this location and I have never had a bad experience. Food tasted just the same every time!

    Order

We had order through Uber and when we got our food it was missing a item so I contacted Uber as well as the restaurant but they said it was the Uber driver that took our food but the bag was still steal and it didn't look like it was messed with Ps this is the second time this has happened when ordering from this Taco Bell They should check twice before giving the order to the customer how had pay for their food

They also offer a variety of aguas frescas--we tried the cantaloupe, and it was perfect. Not overly sweet or watered down, just really refreshing. The space itself is clean with both indoor and outdoor seating, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The overall aesthetic is nice too, making it a great spot to sit and enjoy your food. I'll definitely be back to try more.

I've never been somewhere, where they didn't provide salsas with the burrito. $35 for a simple steak burrito, a bag of chips that were extremely hard, a tiny salsa & a small and a large Fresca seems a little high.

They have heat lamps outside if needed. We ordered: - ceviche trio: tortilla chips with three types of ceviche (camaron - shrimp, dorado - mahi mahi, pescado - fish) - pulpos salteados: octopus and calamari, potatoes, arugula, butter and saffron sauce - asado mixto: skirt steak, pork chop, chicken breast, prawns, chorizo, cactus, zucchini, onion, peppers, and tortillas The service is relatively quick, with food arriving around 10 minutes after we ordered. The fish and shrimp in the ceviche were super fresh and had a perfect level of tanginess and spiciness. The mango and avocado were great additions. The pulpo salteados was filling and comforting, with the octopus and calamari being tender, and the potatoes being boiled down to be soft. The garlic butter sauce was delicious! The asado mixto, in my opinion, is the best dish to get, since there's a bit of everything on the menu, from beef to pork to chicken to shrimp. Everything was cooked to be tender, and it was a delicious bite to wrap everything in the corn tortillas. The molcajete salsa had a perfect kick of spice. I always enjoy a dish with veggies as well, and the zucchini and peppers were great with the molcajete. While on the pricier end for Mexican food, everything was tasty and service is friendly and fast. I was stuffed this time, but definitely want to come try the churros next time!

I have experienced many a taco spot... and nothing compares to the utter freshness, flavor and bang-for-your-buck type of value that is offered here. Due to the Lenten season, my hubs and I were looking for a place that offered seafood tacos and this place was rumored to be the best. After stopping by on our way out of town recently, we knew instantly this was true. The aguas frescas are served iced cold and 100% fresh. My agua de guayaba and my hubs' agua de tamarindo were absolutely to die for. You could absolutely taste the fresh fruit for each. Now for the best part. On Friday's they have a special: $5 fish tacos with tortillas made fresh and by hand... complete with all the fixings. The fish is hand battered, made to order and served piping hot, dressed with cabbage, pico de gallo, and a combination of mayo and chipotle aioli. The picture simply doesn't do it justice, folks. Hands down, the best fish tacos in the area. 100/10. The team aboard this truck are friendly, quick and serve every dish up with a smile. Truly elevating the unique experience. While I was only lucky enough to stop for fish tacos, I look forward to future trips to Los Carnalitos for a sampling of their many menu options, especially the fried banana for dessert!!
