Well, everyone who knows me well knows that my go to stress food is a 3 crunchy taco supreme meal and I blame my childhood eating habits. Pros: Definitely fresher and better put together than the one on el Camino real. Because it's more out of the way, there's pretty much never a wait in the drive through, at least in the evenings. Near other stores like kohls and dollar tree, heck it's even near Kaiser so I guess I know where I'm going if I've had a rough doc visit! Cons- I've only done the drive through here but the drive through is oddly placed relative to the exit / entrance, and the store itself is in a bit of an awkward corner off veterans. read more

Belson Juarez is the worst General Manager. I've never had a manager be so rude. I only had cash. He gave me 17 ones. I asked if they had any 5's or 10's. He rudely said "no". I said "no where in the store?". He again said "no". So I asked for my money back. The only thing he said was"fine". I asked for the manager and he said "I am the manager". Today is one of the few days that I got to dine in at a fast food restaurant. I am a fan of this particular establishment, and I thought it would be a good time to see how things happen on the inside of the restaurant rather than on the inside of my vehicle. I appreciated the new design of the restaurant which also offers a kiosk for people who want to order and I have no contact with the cashiers. The cashiers were helpful and nice. The food came out nicely wrapped, warm, and tasty. It is a nice change to how a dining experience has been since drive thrus. To be quite honest, I would much rather sit inside and take time to eat the meal and know that it was done correctly then to have received it through a drive-through. The location is not a bad place for this establishment because it is right across the street from a major hospital. However, its particular placement within other establishments could be improved. I know that this is not something that they have control of, but it would be so much nicer if that particular area was cleaned up a lot more. It is a decent spot and one that I passed through from time to time. Probably one of the cleaner places inside and out, and one of the more customer service friendly. read more

WOW. Let me tell you, a phenomenal Taco Bell. You're probably thinking, it's just another fast food chain. But, we had a special event here, and the workers and manager's directions were absolutely outstanding. Special event? Yes, my friend decided to throw her new hubby a surprise birthday party at his favorite fast food joint. What started out as a joke, came into fruition after she phoned this location which she knew had been recently remodeled, and after speaking with the manager, he was more than happy to save us space for our surprise event. We arrived 30 minutes early to set up, and they blocked off half the restaurant for us. It was quite trendy for a TB, with cute bench areas and low tables. We set up balloons, had an Avengers "pin the star on the shield" taped, and some decorations. The worker (wish I caught her name) was more than helpful and great. She brought us a dozen or so cinnamon twists to get our party started, and later, when we went to purchase food and drinks, they gave us a dozen large cups on the house! What service we didn't expect! For them to not only reserve us half of their restaurant (which isn't huge), but to give us freebies and bring us tubs of all their different hot sauces, and give us extra attention, we were in awe of how a fast food joint could do this all for free!
