Since I was new to the menu, Manny took the time to patiently help me select a meal, explained the options clearly, and made the whole process feel welcoming instead of rushed. What really stood out was that he personally brought the food to my table while maintaining an extremely professional, positive, and attentive attitude the entire time. Even the cleanliness and overall organization of the restaurant, including the bathrooms, reflected strong leadership and pride in the operation. You can tell when a location is being guided by someone who truly cares about both the customers and the team. Employees and leaders like Manny are what take businesses to the next level. While dining with my family yesterday noon around 6-7pm an employee who was working in the dining room had a conversation with a coworker using explicit language. Unfortunately, my children were within earshot and heard the language being used. We generally expect a family-friendly atmosphere when visiting this chickfila location thus we are regulars. so this experience was disappointing. Friendly and clean place; they try hard to fix their mistakes. There are a lot of parking spaces and restaurants at this locations. When you introduce a new sandwich please train the employees make sure they know the difference between a fried ranch sandwich vs a grill ranch sandwich. Fifteen years ago I tried Chick-fil-A for the first time when they opened in downtown Chicago. I found it to be so mid that I never had the urge to eat it again. Today I broke the spell. Food: 3/5 - Got the spicy deluxe sandwich and waffle fries. The sandwich was ok, but not nearly spicy enough. A decent portion size, though I would have preferred something bigger. The waffle fries were very, very basic. Nothing to write home about. Service: 5/5 - Cashier was extremely friendly and kind. I ate in and the food was delivered by the most pleasant guy seconds after I got settled in my booth. When I was leaving, another super friendly guy took my tray as I approached the trash area and thanked me for coming in. A very well trained staff!! Restaurant: 5/5 - Spotless! They're super fast when putting out the food, it seems as everytime I order from this location, right after ordering and I find a seat, they deliver it as soon as I'm seated. It's a super nice clean environment, and the staff are wonderful. Especially a male worker there named Manny. He came around to my table multiple times checking in and took my trash and offered to refill my drink without request. He's super sweet! chick-fil-a to me is comparable to the chicken sandwich version of an in-n-out...each location is well run and organized...prefer a beef burger over a chicken sandwich, but chick-fil-a does it well...not a huge fan, but the chicken sandwiches are decent once you find how you like your sandwiches made...variety of sauces available from basic mayo to sweet bbq...original sauce is like a honey mustard sauce...waffle fries are always golden...chicken sandwiches are always consistent...one new discovery were the salads....the cobb salad with the avocado lime ranch $11.19 is tasty...a spicy chicken deluxe will cost $8.25, but making it a meal with waffle fries and soda will cost $13.85...kid's meals available and taking the fried nuggets $8.29 and taking waffle fries and soda which was included...overall, a good fried chicken sandwich meal...no drive-thru at this location... read more

Aj was out here running the floor like it was a hospitality masterclass. Super attentive without being overbearing, checked in at the perfect times, and had that rare combo of efficient + genuinely kind. Not the "corporate script smile," but actual human warmth. You can tell when someone cares, and Aj absolutely did. I had a small request and she handled it like it was no big deal, no attitude, just smooth problem-solving energy. The whole vibe went from "quick fast food stop" to "wow why is this low-key the best service I've had all week?" The staff were all very nice and attentive, no problems with the establishment. But the food! If you've ever eaten good quality chicken that's straight off a farm or is organic, you would take issue with this stuff. Flavorless except for the fact it's quite salty. If this is what we as Americans consider good food, then it's clear why we have an obesity epidemic in this country. Garbage in, garbage out. I just don't get it. But if you enjoy it I'm not judging. New chick-fil-a! Visited on a Friday night. The line was about a 5 min wait and the food took about 5 min. Pretty speedy given how long the line looked! The food here was well made. We ordered 2 spicy deluxe chicken sandwich meals. Delicious as always. The waffle fries were fried perfectly as well. The inside of the restaurant was clean and you could easily eat here but we took it to go. A welcome addition to the choices of places to grab a bite at the Bridgepointe shopping center. I love that there is ample indoor seating (booths too) and not to mention lots of parking. Great to see another ChickfilA on the Peninsula! This one doesn't have drive-thru, but super convenient to order on the app and go to the separate pickup area. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors and never had a problem finding parking as it's in to the large Bridgepointe Shopping Center. We prefer this location to the Redwood City one since it's a lot bigger. As always, friendly service and hot & fresh food. A joyful place for us! I had such a nice breakfast experience at this Chick-fil-A location this morning. This review is really to give five stars for the customer service; it felt like the service of a sitdown restaurant! The cashier kindly walked me through redemption of my rewards points. The employee who brought us our food - which came out so fast! - noticed that my companion didn't order any drink, so she offered to bring him a water. Employees whisked away our trash and were very available. And the chicken nugget breakfast burrito is the best thing they've ever invented. The women's bathroom is also clean and well-maintained. They have a separate side for online order pick up and for dine-in/take out. We opted for one of their chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, and waffle fries. The fries were good and fresh. The chicken nuggets were really salty so their dipping sauce helped. My fiancé devoured the sandwich so I'm not sure how he liked it.
