Late night, can't drive, only place open, door dash to the rescue! Not much to expect since it's fast food and taco bell. But for the day I had of exploring Richmond and being late at night after the 311 show, they did their thing with bringing me the crunchwrap and the burritos on the value menu. Dont' recommend eating taco bell before falling asleep as I had trouble sleeping. But at least I didn't go to bed hungry. read more

5/30/21: It's fast food. I try not to have too much expectation from these places nowadays because they disappoint almost every time. My family wanted some tacos & it was across from a restaurant I got food from. We went through the drive thru & the man taking the order was short and rude. We placed our order & drove around. Of course, some of our order was wrong. So, we had him correct it. He argued with staff about it & gave us attitude as well. He clearly doesn't need to work in customer service or any kind. My family somewhat enjoyed their food. I don't know if they will be back to this location, but they won't stop eating at Taco Bell. read more

I visited this TB's drive-thru for the first time yesterday. It's conveniently located right off 64 at the corner of Laburnum/Gay. The line itself was a little slow -- there seemed to be an issue with a car two ahead of me -- but my order was otherwise easy and the associates were friendly. I ordered my typical four crunchy tacos but also added in the nacho fries. I couldn't resist. Fries from Taco Bell??? Sold. I know they're a limited edition item, but I feel like corporate needs to change their minds on that. Seriously: they were delicious! Based on the location (close to my grocery store, next to a Cookout), I'm sure I'll be back. Gotta love a Taco Bell splurge every now and again. read more

Your typical taco bell. Food is generally fast and they try to be friendly. My order has always been right for the last year or so which is amazing. I recommend the nacho cheese Donita chulupa if you feel like endulging yourself some calories. You can get a mt dew zero to balance it out:) read more

After a three year hiatus, I returned to TB in hopes that the surly counter man had moved on. I got lucky. A new, more pleasant gal took my order, but she didn't seem to know what is a Smothered Burrito. I thought perhaps it had been removed from the menu, and settled for her suggestion, a Beef Enchirito, $2.29. I learned today that TB has taken the Smothered Burrito off of their menu. So I'll be less likely to stop at any TB in the future. read more

I visited during lunch time and ordered a Crunch Wrap Supreme. Both employees I interacted with very friendly and welcoming. My lunch was prepared quickly and was very delicious. It was refreshing to see the level of friendliness I experienced with the staff during this visit. The only negative I noticed today was the men's bathroom was somewhat dirty. The sink looked like it was covered in grime and looked dirty. Other than the restroom, it was a good experience! read more

I just had a terrible experience this evening. Drive through was so long so I went inside. When I place my order. It was push back each time there was mobile order. So Door Dash & Grubhub orders came before mines even through I place my order inside the store. 25 minutes and my order still wasn't up. They need a better system. One for mobile orders and one for drive through & inside order. I am not a happy customer. It's a ZERO RATING. read more

The Cantina Tacos, which I assumed would be the final piece of a fast food puzzle... were terrible. They literally fell apart in the foil wrapper. Although you never know what you are going to get at this location. Sometimes there is no wait, other times you're going to be there for a while BUT ... My food is always right. Today I was super excited to go to Taco Bell because I haven't had it in years and they have a lot of vegetarian options! When I got to the window I politely told the woman on the intercom if I could have a few minute to place my order and she said yes. Less the 30 second she began to rush to proceed and take my order. Feeling rushed I decide to order something But was given an attitude when asked to substitute my meat for veggie option. To top it off I was told they did t have any mild sauce! 9/10 order will be wrong, staff/management are rude. oh gosh the worst experience ever. so I come into the store , no one was in line . so Im just standing there waiting for someone to help me. so the young lady comes up and says to you can use the Kiosk. so I stayed to her I would rather have someone take my order because I really did not feel using a kiosk.so another Young lady comes up very ah and said you will use that kiosk because we are not going to help you . So I asked why not she started that now of her Registers were open . so then I asked her can she use the one in the drive threw she said know again because I have people talking in my ear . When some one else was running drive threw . I asked for a business card she stated I don't have any I said ok . So I took a picture of the manager names that were on the wall the this manager lady said to me none of them work here any more . What an awful experience. Others have said this restaurant isn't worth its salt. I have been to this restaurant twice in the week, and every time my order is correct. They are nice, brief, and get the job done. I have ordered one or two meals each time, and they even get the drink order correct. Looks like they are doing better now than a year ago. Feel free to try them out again. read more

If I could give no stars I would. My husband and I visited this Taco Bell location tonight we waited in the drive thru line for all about 20-25 min that was not the problem being that is expected when the inside is closed but the most horrible thing is to order $35.00 worth of food and none of it is edible. The meat was ice cold damn near frozen when I tried to call to get the order replaced no answer just fax pick up, go figure but I will be there 1st thing in the am for our money back. My boyfriend and I waited in line for about 30 minutes before getting our food. The line wasn't that long. The prices here are also ridiculous. $6 for a bowl full of mostly rice (cantina bowl)??
