Have a few people working there there's about three people who work and they rush everything they never get the orders right and it takes too long to get your order. Taco Bell is always trash and the drive thru system is garbage as well. Dining room closes at 8 pm some nights it may be open till 9 depending on staff. Careless behavior is given when trying to attempt a pickup for delivery. $3 extra per delivery is great until you have to wait in line for 45 min!!! Definitely do not recommend, honestly the location by south park mall actually cares and will get the food to you quick as possible, you can't call the 38th street location fast food because they take their sweet ass time making it. I've also noticed even in the daytime you'll be waiting 30 min for an order inside, and that's because they fare more about the drive thru orders and will purposely not make delivery orders until they're pushed back like 15-20 orders then by that till you have more then 7-8 ppl waiting inside most get pissed off because of the long wait. Taco Bell is delicious. But this particular location is a bit slow...don't go if you're in a super rush. My order was incorrect the other day, which was frustrating, so I had to turn the car around and come inside to have my order corrected, but Barbara was SO wonderful and sweet and lovely that she completely made up for the error. If you go and Barbara is there, give her an extra smile. She deserves it. I'll definitely be back because...let's admit it....Taco Bell is delicious. And Barbara is awesome. read more

You either get one of two things when going to this taco bell location a 20 minute wait or quick service but very poor food. What really tops it off is the fact that when I contacted them they didn't offer to reimburse me on my order or even comp the next time but yet simply state OK I'll keep an eye on them.
