Busted up taco that wasn't even wrapped right with the smallest amount of meat I've ever had at this location super disappointing

The staff is always pretty chill but idk what the fuck was going on but this is how my taco came

This place is good to Grab & Go. The staff aren't all that friendly, when the manager is there they're great. The food is good so no complaints there. All and all not too bad.

This Taco Bell sucks. No service and the staff is lazy as can be. Totally will drive farther not to go here again.

Multiple occurrences of missing items and incorrect items. Especially when replacing beans for meat. Very disappointing.

What a joke! Can't get order right & takes forever...even when no one is the here! A block on concrete would get a better review.

Arrived at the drive thru at 7:58p; placed order at 8:19p; received order at 8:43p. 45 minutes is way too long! Doubt I will return.

True authentic Mexican!…read more I order the Quesabirria plate no beans double rice. Nothing and no one will change my mind that this is the best Mexican spot in town. A little hole in the wall with the best food in Tucson.

Everything took more than 45min to come out and it came out staggered so we could not eat together. I wish the place would have told me about the wait because ofc I would have ordered something else. It took over 30min for our first dish to come (carnitas burrito) and when it did, it was emaciated with way too much tortilla to stuffing, and the meat was very dry and overdone. My fiance said he has had better burritos at Chipotle. My friend from out of state said hers was a very basic cheese quesadilla. We asked for an update on how long the qiesabirria plate would take and the server would not give us an answer only that it was "backed up." Everyone was finished dby the time it came out. They didn't offer a refund initially but did acquiesce when asked, and still gave us the dish. ...It was bad. Everything was so dry. The beans tasted days old. The birria consome was watered down and bland which I didn't think was possible for birria to be. Even the onions, cilantro, and lime could not save the tacos as they were dryer than the Sonora desert. Honestly I'm the most upset that after all of that, the food wasn't even good. Idk I feel like if you throw a stone, you can get better Mexican food at wherever it lands in Tucson. This place was absolutely not worth the hype and we will not be returning. I feel so bad that I took my out of state friend here who was looking forward to good Mexican food. All the drinks were good. That's about the only good thing I have to say about this place.

Our waiter, Jesus, was awesome - friendly, attentive, and really helpful with the menu. We ordered the quesabirrias and... wow. They do them a little differently - kind of like a layered quesadilla folded taco-style - and the flavor was seriously on point. Paired it with their micheladas, which were just as good. They've got a huge menu with plenty of options, but honestly, I'd go back just for that combo again. Only regret is I ate it too fast to get a picture . Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area.

Most of the menu items are Tex-Mex but there are also burgers, ribs and wings. There were only two vegetarian options: a veggie burrito and fried cauliflower "wings". I was curious about the cauliflower "wings" so I ordered that. I was expecting the cauliflower to be fried or look like wings. However, the cauliflower was just baked and barely cooked. It was served with dipping options, celery and carrots. I ate the cauliflower but I was disappointed in the dish. I could easily have made this at home. The agua fresca jamaica drink made from hibiscus flowers was good.

The carne asada fries were loaded and not skimpy on the meat. Tacos had a good balance without being greasy. You can tell this is the kind of place people in town already know about. It is huge... easily big enough for two people. But it is mostly stuffed with smushed rice with a tiny bit of beans and cabbage and meat. The carne asada was very dry and flavorless and had some inedible gristle. I definitely would not order the carne asada burrito again. Having said this, the place was very busy, so maybe I just ordered the wrong thing or caught them on a bad day. The customers appeared to be regulars, mostly groups of soldiers and civilians who looked like they worked together on base and were having lunch break together. Staff were very friendly, fast, and the restaurant has a cool local positive vibe. Not really a cheap place either... $23 for burrito, drink and tip. May try again.

We got the carne asada, chicken asado, and mushroom tacos. All three were quite good, but I actually found the mushroom to be my personal favorite! The mushrooms were super well seasoned and accompanied by deliciously caramelized grilled onions. The salsa bar has a good array of salsa in the standard flavor and heat profiles (tomatillo salsa, chiltepin salsa, etc.) as well as a few cremas such as cilantro and habanero. The habanero is probably my favorite, but a word to the wise: even if you love spice, use it sparingly. I enjoy heat, and this one is hot enough to give me hiccups! This is a very casual place, but the service was still good.
