Of course we realized this while home already. For anyone ordering here please check your orders BEFORE driving off. We ordered beef burritos and were given bean only. Then one of our potato tacos was missing in our bags. I called to ask about this and was accused of lying. The lady claimed she saw the meat in the burritos and also saw the potato burrito get packaged up. Her attitude was unacceptable. The photo below is the so called "beef burrito" but as you can see has beans only. A photo of our receipt and the order we were supposed to have but didn't get. If you hate your job that much get a new one. No Customer service whatsoever. So sad.

Ordered today at 3:03pm, and waited until I brought up my order at 3:13pm. This was unacceptable for fast food and it was not busy at all.

Too many issues here where something's don't get resolved nor managers don't empower their team to learn how to accommodate situations where it angers the customers. I never received an apology for this issue today regarding the system glitch. And when I brought up my order, they quickly made it in 1 minute. Very disappointing. I rarely give 1 star reviews, but this was very disappointing experience.

Of course we realized this while home already. For anyone ordering here please check your orders BEFORE driving off. We ordered beef burritos and were given bean only. All I can say is wow food was amazing. Customer service was excellent. The Nuggets were phenomenal. They're so crispy. They have the best crunch and the sauces are so bomb. I've been too many Taco Bell's and usually it's like a nice little late night munchies spot, but this one really topped them all. The store was clean. The food was excellent. They've messed my order all 3 times I've come here and will no longer ever return to this Taco Bell. The kid working the drive thru on August 16th at 2:50 pm was 100% rude, we ordered a taco box that comes with 12 tacos all we asked for was 6 hard shell and 6 soft shell. They were all hard shell and my grandmother couldn't eat them she was very disappointed! The time before we went they messed up and gave me someone else's order so I went back gave him my receipt and he made "my" order...didn't get a single thing right with my receipt in front of his face. Then when I said that was not correct he got very hostile and told me I should be more clear about my Order...like how can I be more clear when you literally have the receipt in front of your face!!! I'm never coming here again, I feel bad for the owner to have employees so Incompetent, this Taco Bell won't be open long with employees like this. read more

So I was having a bad day and I ordered a meat-free cheesy Gordita crunch. Of course, they accidentally gave me one with beef in it and as a longtime vegetarian I was extra sad because of this but I also work at a drive thru so I know stuff like that happens all the time and it's about how you fix an inevitable mistake. Well, I told them what happened and the nice guy at the window apologized a bunch of times and gave me a remake very quickly, a free taco coupon for next time, and free cinnasticks. I'm very satisfied and this mistake honestly made my day better! Thank you guys for caring about your customers so well read more

Contaminated, poisoned meat. Severe food poisoning AKA UNCONTROLLABLE VOMITING, HOT SWEATS, COLD FLASHES, SEVERE HEADACHE, FATIGUE, LOSS OF LIMB FUNCTION, IRREGULAR BREATHING AND HEARTBEAT from the Cantina Bowl with steak. With Taco Bell, the food is always great (in my opinion). It usually never disappoints when it comes to the quality of the food, the presentation, and the overall speed of delivery. My biggest problem with this location, specifically, is the customer service. Employees always give off a bored look, don't smile, and not much greeting when you first walk in. Overall they don't make you feel welcome which is what their supposed to do. So, 4 stars for the quality of the food, but no extra star for customer service. read more

I simply want to say they got 1 thing of my order wrong today. Otherwise they are normally really good. But it always happens where something always happens. I ordered a power burrito, they didn't ask if I wanted steak or chicken... however it was mentioned. And when I got home and started to eating it not only was the tortilla ripped but I found it to be chicken. Extremely disappointed because I really wanted steak... and they had no breadsticks ready for the pizza combo so I couldn't get that either read more

I've been coming here consistently since September of 2025. The birria tacos have the perfect amount of meat and they are SO JUICY and the meat is clean (I don't like my meat to be too fatty) I also like to get their watermelon water and their churros because they don't over fry them to where they are hard to bite. The location itself could be better because it's literally on the side of a gas station and sometimes I have to go around the occasional sketchy person BUT if you're willing to overlook that (and not go alone) it's really a hidden gem. The service is always fast and the inside of the establishment is always clean and well kept and they even decorate for the holidays! I've brought about 6-7 different friends and they've all loved it also.

I noticed a customer in front of us ordered a kids plate which included two street tacos and rice and beans. That's what I ended up ordering with Carne Asada and chorizo. There were four or five proteins to choose from for the kids plate. I loved the grilled meats with the char flavor. It was delicious! Everything was well seasoned. The guy that worked last night around 11:30-12am ish was horrible. He had horrible attitude, was getting frustrated with us for asking for a second before we ordered, got upset that we didn't grab the drinks right away.
