It was great service and food would come again and will return and recommend to friends

I thought I would share what happened to me at this location today. It was not a pleasant experience. I ordered through the drive through and ordered a chili dog combo. The employee asked if I wanted cheese and said no. When I got to the window the employee, a young man, was not very friendly, but with today's customer service I was not that surprised. He spoke very low and seemed as if he was already trying to avoid me. I asked for ketchup and I did not get a reply. If I did get a reply I could not hear him as he spoke very low and seemed as if he did not want to interact at all. I asked again and was handed ketchup. I did not check that bag as I normally do. I got home and realized there was cheese on the chili dogs. Normally, I would have scrapped it off, however, scrapping it off means losing most of the chili. With today's prices, and my limited income at the moment, I wanted what I paid for so I had to go back. Also, this wienerschnitzel isn't far from my home, so that's another reason why I returned. I returned and this time I went to the walk up window . The woman working in the back to make the food saw me coming and told the young guy I was there. He did a side glance and said nothing. They talked amongst themselves and then he approached the window. If he said something I could not hear him, because all he did was stand there. He did not say "how can I help you" or any other customer service phrase you would normally hear. He seemed, again, as if he was trying to avoid me. I explained there was cheese when I ordered no cheese and he then asked what? And I repeated myself. He then looked in the bag and threw the old ones away. The lady in the back started making them again, but was making them with the regular bun. I had ordered the pretzel buns. So I had to get his attention as he seemed like he was trying to stay away/avoiding me. He then seemed annoyed that I asked for them to make them with the proper buns I paid for. He then mumbled something. I had to ask him to repeat it he then said 3 minutes. I waited while they continued working. While waiting I Watched the lady hide some hotdog in a fridge in a personal bag. I then saw them finish up wrapping my hotdogs and put them in a bag. As the young man was about to give me the bag I asked for new fries as my old ones were now cold at home. I got an immediate no and the young man was trying to avoid me again and did not want to hear what I had to say. He then pretended to be doing other things when there was no one at the window. That's when I got upset. I then told them they were rude and asked again for new fries since mine were home now cold and soggy due to the mistake. The whole time they tried to make me seem like an inconvenience. And I said that they messed up my order and I had to wait and come back and all I want is new fries. The young man continued to ignore me. The lady making the food then said she was sorry, but was trying to stay away. I said you're not. I even said that I've been nice. I could have been a mean person like others and make a scene but I was not. Even at the moment I wasn't even yelling. I was just being upset. I still can't believe they couldn't just give me new fries. They already wasted the chili cheese dogs with the upgraded bun since the order was wrong and had to be replaced. The lady also managed to save herself a free chili dog, but I couldn't get my fries replaced. I just had to share because I can't believe customer service is getting so bad. As a former food service and retail worker this would have never been acceptable. They really need to teach people about customer service. I was not unkind to them, but they were not kind to me. I'm not expecting some personalized experience but this was ridiculous. Anyway , I hope the staff and management get to see what they made a normal customer have to go through just for a chili dog that was paid for by the customer. read more

I walked to the window and the lady was very patient. I asked and got crispy fries. This was wonderful.

Good for what it is. I never had a problem here They're quick and I get what I expect. Ube tried are a bit greasy and overdone but it's fast food. I usually order the 5/$5.95 deal (mix corndogs and chili dogs) and a crowd pleaser for my family. Great value menu. read more

No wonder this place gets bad reviews. I ordered my food and pulled up while 2 cars was behind me, instead of giving my food (which was ready) they decided to work on all the orders behind me while letting my food sit on the counter cold... I tried getting their attention but they dgaf... if I ever coming back here hopefully the manager and/or corporate reads this and fix the problem. Stupid worker = no customer read more

Extremely disappointing experience! My kids out of nowhere ask for corn dogs and French fries so I bring them here. I go through the drive thru and order $30 worth of food! To my surprise when I get home my order is completely messed up! I get on the phone and call right away! I was NOT planning on driving back to that place. The traffic around 5pm is horrible! So I call the number on my receipt and it sounds like a cell phone it goes to a voicemail so I leave one stating my order was wrong I was missing stuff I wait a day and no call back! I call again the next day and I get the same recording so I grab my son and head on over.... I told them the problem their response "you should have came yesterday" we can't do nothing now. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT?! So I tell them I called and no answer I left voicemails they have the nerve to ask are you sure your dialing the right #? OMG! I had to show them my phone call log! I asked them to give me the complete order again since they had me go through the trouble of having to go back and managed to upset me! Or my money back in full so they got on the phone with the manager and his response give him the money for the corn dogs that were missing and the supervisor there has the nerve to say well throw in a large fries to compensate you. ARE YOU KIDDING?!? I demand to speak to manager / owner and they said oh he doesn't take calls but he will be here tomorrow I told them give me the money for the stupid corn dogs and I left! Angelica is a great manager! Quick service! Cheap food, w/ specials every day! Monday is great mixed ice cream blended. Love the corndogs with onions cup and some ketchup to help the dipping. chili frys and dogs also good! I'm also found of the deli rye polish sausage, you can keep the pickle, but everything else is good! Many sundaes been had here, especially with coupon!
