I ordered a burrito supreme with extra beef. They charged me extra beef and on the screen it said no beef. I corrected them and said I wanted extra not none. They said ok sorry. Guess what? Pretty good fast food place by fast food standards; seems clean, fast service, and as far as Taco Bell goes it's not gross or weird or messed-up in any noticeable ways (I've gotten deformed burritos from the Windsor one before). Only issue; lady always forgets to ask/give me sauce lol. I'm so used to getting asked about sauce that I don't remember to ask unprompted. Also not sure if it's this one, or all Taco Bells (I've never gotten iced coffee there before) but their coffee is really gross. It tastes very, very watery, and it's also a pretty small cup considering I paid $2 for it. McDonalds iced coffees are the same price, about 2x the liquid, and tastes better. DON'T EAT THERE. PERIOD. Yesterday I ordered two and ate most of ONE cheesy bean and rice burrito. Part way through my mouth is one fire. I was starving and on my way to a meeting, so I choked down most of it. After the meeting, I went back there WITH MY RECEIPT and asked for a refund. I had to fight them for my refund. resistance resistance resistance. I explained how the burrito was hotter than F even though I saw nothing that eluded to that on the menu board. The manager keep insisting that it was NOT hot over and over. They finally refunded me for the one I didn't eat which was fine, but then I was sick as F all night long and had super high blood pressure this morning from eating it. The only thing I had eaten that evening=that burrito. Since either I, or whoever I am with, get sick WHENEVER we eat at Taco Bells in Sonoma County, this has GOT to be a systemic problem. So it's not every day that I'd give this high of a score to any fast food place but today's the day. Normally I'd give Taco Bell three stars because although it tastes good when you're coming home from a show and your craving a Mexican pizza it's not exactly a high end experience. But then there's Taco Bell in little Sebastopol. Every time I come here (which I'm willing to admit is more than I should) whoever takes my order or gives me my food is always super friendly and helpful. Most of the time it's a teenager but instead of some "punk" they are super nice. Working with people myself that would have me believe that the management here is superb.
