This Taco Bell should be shut down. Literally the rudest staff I have ever encountered. They don't listen, talk to their customers with so much disrespect. This is the WORST Taco Bell I have EVER seen. It matches with the one in Plant City off of James L Redman... But tell me how a fast food restaurant has a 30 minute wait and a lobby line backed out the door when it's supposed to be "fast food" ? Not to mention while working deliveries you're stuck in the drive through because they tell you to come inside to pick up the order because they are too lazy to just hand it through the window. I'd assume the lobby is closed at 10:30 pm but I guess I'm wrong. I'll never order or accept another delivery from this god awful nightmare and sorry excuse for a Taco Bell location AGAIN. Taco Bell like most fast food chains have really gone down hill over the years. It's not enjoyable it just satisfies a hunger. Service is often terrible, orders are often wrong and prices are getting ridiculous. read more

I wouldn't normally write a review on a big chain because for the most part, food is consistent across a major chain, so you know what you are getting. This review is a based soley on service. I stopped to this location and seeing the long lunch rush in the drive- thru, I opted to go inside. It was also busy so I just used the kiosk to order. As I waited, I had a few convos with other customers who said they don't like using the kiosk bc they don't work for TB. I counter argued that I like the kiosk bc I can customize my order and know exactly that it was done right. My order was a black bean crunchwrap with No Tomatoes and No Sour Cream. Im allergic so I always have them removed and luckily the kiosk has the exact customization to remove them. I got my order quickly and headed home. I began eating in car, just the edges bc it was hot. When i got home to sit down and finish...out squeezes the sour cream and tomatoes(which were in the middle since you have to wrap it closed). I called the location. First of all, the person said was "Hello" (no thank you for calling Taco Bell etc) and I had to confirm it was Taco Bell. I proceeded to ask if she could pull up an order from a Kiosk as I didnt get a receipt and my order was wrong. She said "No I cant". Then I asked what I should do since order was wrong. She then said "I don't know what you want me to do bc I cant pull up a kiosk receipt." I was honestly only asking about this to ensure they had a copy and could verify order and was definitely looking for a solution bc now I have a $6 being thrown away. She then says "Can you just bring it back and replace it." Her tone was so rude and bothered when I was merely looking for a solution and maybe even just a courtesy apology for mistake. I only asked about tracking of order for the sake of honesty. Anyway, it gets better. I drove back and went inside and the girl who was handling carryout took my bag to find out what to do and I told her I had called. Then from around the corner walks another girl and I could just tell from her demeanor that she had to have answered the phone. I did ask if she took the call and she said yes and then asked if she had a manager as her body language and attitude was still off. Guess what...she was the manager! Smh I told her she needs to work on her customer service bc she is very rude and she just nodded her head. Listen, I have been a young adult in food industry but was also taught to treat the customer with kindness and understanding no matter what. I was never rude in my interaction. I know mistakes happen and she didnt make the food but she should at least be courteous and go above and beyond for service as a worker and especially a manager. If I could give a negative 5 star review I would. I made a mobile order for pickup inside for 9pm.. their dining room is supposedly open until 10pm. When I arrived and tried to go into store the doors were locked. I tried calling the store and nobody answered. I then had to wait in the longest drive thru line ever just to pick up my mobile order that had been ready for 30 mins already. I called into the customer service line twice now requesting a call back from someone and haven't heard anything. Extremely disappointed in Taco Bell as a whole. DON'T GO HERE TO EAT! read more
