They took time to talk with me and shared the Brandon location opened in 2018, and that they had to complete special training/certifications to even qualify to buy and operate that oven. We asked to see the manager and we were told that managers don't work on Fridays!!! What??? A manager finally came in after several complaints from several customers. He did stop by our table but offered nothing for our inconvenience. When we got our bill, we asked for a copy of the receipt. Guess what? The printer was broken too! After 3 hours and 15 minutes our dining experience was (finally) over! Needless to day, we will not be returning anytime soon. We did tip our waitress although her service (setting aside the kitchen issues) was less than good.
