So I asked for a manager whom I spoke with Marcel and MICHAEL the on duty managers who then said my food just came up but this regarded the drink that I asked for. As a person in customer service especially corporate this was very unprofessional and their was not one once of empathy towards me and not to mention the attitude the girl had towards me from the time I walked to the host stand. So I got my food finally 17 minutes later and they forgot my jalapeño that came with my order haven't waited so long you would of thought they would had double checked the order before brining it to me. Not the case. So I the get all the way home ready to eat my food to see that all three of my tacos were extremely brunt at this point I am furious having drove all the way back home and to now have to drive and waste unnecessary gas that I should not have had to is beyond ridiculous.
