I went thru the drive thru of this location and the girl at the window was too busy texting on her phone . Then when she open the window not even a hello , took my card and close the window then open the window and gave me my card and then handed me the food like it was garbage and close the window . Dined in at this location and we regret it. We ordered from the touchscreen stand because we didn't see an employee in sight and then sat down. EVERY table was dirty. As we waited for our food I saw an employee standing behind the counter on her phone when she could have been cleaning the tables or helping with the drive thru. We received our food in a to go bag and didn't get any cups for our drinks. When we asked for our cups it was like we were such a bother to her. Then the entire time we ate our food, a couple other customers came in, yet the tables were never wiped down. I would not recommend dining in at this location. read more

I cannot believe I am finding myself reviewing a taco bell. But there is a good reason for that. I usually stop by their drive thru to satiate some very untimely late night food cravings. What stands out from any other typical drive thru experiences is, somehow the guys who take your order are always in a very happy and chirpy mood. It is very refreshing to to see that, and always manages to put a smile on my otherwise dull face. Maybe that's also why my order has never been messed up when I have ordered from here. It's the typical Shakopee chain of restaurants. Poorly managed, and extremely cheap. The meat is looks like cat food mixed in mexican seasoning. It tastes like cat food too. They are sloppy and don't know how to evenly put sour cream across the tacos or burritos. They're hard shell tacos get soaked in grease and soak through the shells making them soft and disgusting. read more
