I will say, I have never had an experience like this! There was one worker in particular... she was a small, petite girl, long dark hair. I believe her name is Joy. She helps older customers, however she has an attitude and she is VERY passive aggressive. She always looks at her customers with these nasty looks. She is severely unprofessional. So are her coworkers. If girls come in around their age, it is an automatic silent war. There is very bad tension in the fast food restaurant. The plastic tubs they use in the drive thru are absolutely ridiculous. These are supposed to make people safer? Are they washing the tubs between every vehicle? Because, if not, every driver of every vehicle touches these same tubs which makes them far more of a risk than a safety measure. It would be far safer to simply hand someone their food and drinks than use the same unwashed tub for everyone in the drive thru. I don't know who the genius was who thought this would be a good idea but it's simply more virtue signaling to keep the masses scared and does absolutely nothing to help anyone, and may actually be making it worse. You know, kind of like how more people died from bacterial pneumonia from wearing masks to prevent catching the Spanish Flu than actually died of the Spanish Flu itself. Look it up. The internet will tell you it's false and most people will believe the lie rather than looking any further because they're sheep. I bet these tubs aren't even washed at night and simply reused the next day. Wake up people. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I was arriving at this Taco Bell at 1:45am with one thing on my mind and one thing only. 5 layer beefy burrito. Horrible. I always get bad experience and I continue to go there having hope because it's always so late and nothing seems to be open near by... barely any cheese ant no fresh ingredients even the meat is gross. We usually receive friendly service at this location. The food is typical Taco Bell and I only care for a few items. As with all Taco Bells I have been to, the tomatoes they use are picked green and allowed to turn pinkish red off the vine and have nothing but a fsint blah taste. I used their app once to order my food before going there so it would be ready when I arrived, bypassing their busy-time wait. They didn't begin working on the order until I arrived requesting it. A big problem I have had with this location is that they have given me the wrong item multiple times. I order either a chicken quesadilla or a chicken chalupa. I order a chicken chalupa and not a beef chalupa because I hate their ground beef with their heavy taco seasoning. Yet, I get home to find a beef chalupa in my bag. read more

Nasty attitudes. I live in keithville so unfortunately not many food places close to me. Usually i have to drive way to the taco bell on youree just because i KNOW everytime i come there will be attitude and my order will be wrong. Food here is usually considerable. But as of recently the quality and service have been quite unpleasant.

Just came though and ordered a quesarito and it hardly had any meat or rice in it. Also whoever forgot to add my nachos.
