Ordered Nacho supreme and 1 hard shell taco supreme. Waited a while to get order. Food was ok but not great. May or may not go back.

The customer service was horrible. Pulled up to the speaker to place an order. The cashier act as if she didn't understand so we pulled up to the window. We decided to go inside and order. Cashier stated we will be right with you. No assistance over 5 minutes. Manager walks out the bathroom with headphones on and walks to the back. Come back to assist us with a earbud in hear. She stated to order on the kiosk. That information would had been vitally important since we had been waiting. We proceeded to ask her why no one mentioned this to us. I told her she needs better management skills when she pointed her fingers at me. Instead of an apology she wanted to act like she was 12. If TACO BELL allows this type of management style I feel very sorry for the establishment. After reading the other reviews this place it's up to health codes and the way the employee uniforms look on top of the hair I glad I didn't eat there.... read more

This is the worst service I have had in a very long time. The employees are rude, short, and purposefully ignored me when i asked a question pertaining to their menu. . Their sign and website said they were open at 6am, so my friend and I went to go get taco bell at the location at Nissan Dr. at 7am, when my friend and I went through the drive thru and it wasn't open so he went to go inside and when he went inside they told him they were closed and immediately locked the door as soon as he walked out. What a difference an employee makes! I bought a family pack of soft shell tacos about a month ago a thought I'd never come back. The tacos were cold and maybe 1/3 full. Terrible! Today hubby stops by the same Taco Bell and ordered the exact same thing, family pack of soft shell tacos. What an amazing difference!! The star is because I like Taco Bell. But this place gets zero star. They need to do better. Every time I go here they forget half your order. It's literally every time. Don't even leave the drive through until you check your bag otherwise you'll be going into the store anyways. read more

They got our order right tonight. A few nights in the past they did mess up. Hopefully this is a step in the right direction.

Customer service was not there at all and the place was a wreck tables were sticky and drinks we order was not in sub other not coming back

I usually don't see the point in reviewing fast food joints, however, I'm making an exception here because of how terribly bad this Taco Bell has managed to be. This particular location has extreme restocking difficulties. They are always out of something, and it's usually the one thing I came there for. They consistently get orders wrong, so wrong you wonder if they assemble the meals here with their eyes closed. If you order Nachos make sure you ask to nix the beans altogether and sub for beef, otherwise you will routinely receive a gigantic blob of refried bean substance with a fingertip's worth of cheese sauce, sour cream etc...it's not even edible. I don't understand how they manage to get simple fast food with a limited menu and ingredients this wrong, or how they manage to always be in the midst of an ingredient drought, but it's just plain depressing. Even if you live really nearby, just altogether skip this location. read more

Today was the first time we have gone to this Taco Bell. Went through the drive thru and the service was quick, the food was very good. Everything was packed up well and all the food was hot. We will definitely be going back to this location read more

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to, rolled my burritos like a egg roll, tacos had so little meat you can call it vegan

I normally go to this location due to the Lowry street location being terribly understaffed every time I go.. this location has always made our food so good, I've actually befriended one of the team members.. tonight was utterly the most disappointing meal ever.. I ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch NO MODIFICATIONS WHATSOEVER. Half of the tortilla/hard shell has cheese and the other side does not.. there's a baby fist of lettuce on it.. dowsed in Baja sauce, and a PINCH of beef.. why does my two year olds taco have more meat than my cheesy Gordita crunch???? The only thing I could remotely enjoy were my chips and cheese.. how depressing is that?? I enjoy the chips and cheese but damn.. why is this the only thing I'm eating rn?? Highly unacceptable.. my SO had a Crunchwrap, again with a PINCH of beef.. he's also picky so no lettuce tomato or sour cream. But again... how is that acceptable??? Luckily I had DOUBLE the meat on my hard shell taco compared to my cheesy Gordita crunch so I added it to "make ends meat" the most disappointing visit.. can't even say I'll be back. read more

Not my business who you guys hire, but I can see why you let a girl take the order at the speaker because if we knew the person handing us our order was gonna be a person with long nasty fingernails transitioning into a boy or girl then you know we'd not order. Nobody wants thier food handed to them by someone who hasn't got the ability to use proper hygiene for whatever reason. I used to go to this Taco Bell all the time because I live next to it, but now I drive the extra few miles just for that reason. read more

Food line prep Was on point today! Food was made and packaged perfectly. Drive thru employee could work on her cust serv game, but was effective and efficient. She did ask if I wanted sauce but then forgot to give me any- I stayed at he window but she didn't notice. The food prep employee actually addressed my issue and gave enough sauce without me having to even ask. read more

When I got home from Taco Bell today, I found out that part of my order was missing. This is the third time that I went to this location to have part of my order either messed up or missing. When I called to speak to a manager, the manager was not polite. I explained to the manager that this was the third time that this has happened with me at this location. I asked to have my money refunded. The manager stated that in order to refund my money, I would have to go there in person. If I wanted to drive all the way back to Taco Bell, I would just pick up the missing food. Taco Bell should be ashamed. read more

Went by there at 10:30 p. m. on a Friday night and was asked to wait in the drive thru then I was asked what I wanted I asked for a "Party Pack" and was immediately told they don't fill orders over 10 items after 10:00 I asked if he was joking he replied "Uh no" I said well just get me a Mexican pizza before I could say anything else he said pull around. When I pulled up he wouldn't even acknowledge me but the girl there said your total is $4.05 I had planned on ordering more but thought it was a lost cause at this point? I asked if the pizza had sour cream on it she replied "Well I don't know " this was by far the WORST customer service experience I have ever had at Taco Bell. If I could give it a zero I would. I just got served two chalupas that were actually harder than a crunchy taco. They were more stale than I can even describe. My wife got cheesy Gordita crunches....no freaking crunch there....stale taco shells. The fact that any person, regardless of social status, would let that go as something edible is beyond me. What a joke. I would not do this if it wasn't the first time I've been disappointed in this taco bell. Two times, nearly a year apart, and the same results. well...first time here...usually go to the TB on lowry st....with good results. Went for breakfast. New employee at the counter so I was very patient as she was sweet . That being said...we ordered two breakfast burritos, two mini-breakfast bowls , a small drink and a coffee. The burritos were barely warm...the breakfast bowls had been obviously made hours earlier judging by the crunchy potatoes and had some very cold spots in them...and they forgot to make my coffee so I ate without a drink for five minutes. Did I mention my son and myself were the only customers in the restaurant? Now I"m sure the drive-thru was busy and they looked understaffed. That's probably also the reason the restaurant and several tables were VERY crummy. Bad management for sure. Being right across from Nissan you'd think this place would have some efficiency to it...but ...eh...not so much. Go to the one on Lowry....the breakfast items are made fresh...the restaurant is clean. read more
