Really wanted to like this place, but sadly did not. Upon entry, the atmosphere was unpleasant as nobody greeted us and the color scheme was a bit uninviting. The workers didn't seem happy and the energy was off. I ordered a hibachi steak burrito California style with the curly fries inside. They did a flavor profile that was extremely unpleasant. So unpleasant that I couldn't finish it. The sauce just didn't go. My boyfriend got the bacon chicken quesadilla and had the same issue. We both threw away half the meal. You can tell they are still figuring things out. The person who took my order was very helpful in recommending things and explaining the menu. The burrito was very filling and had a good helping of each topping. The one thing I would ask would be to cut the amount of sauce they put on it to maybe about half. My son got a boom Shaka laka, and said he wished it had less sauce on it. As I stated, they still have some things to figure out, keeping supplies stocked and cleaning off the tables as people leave. We picked up a custom burrito with ghost pepper crispy chicken (no rice) and it was sooo delicious and spicy! We also ordered the cheese curds and chips and queso and really enjoyed both. It's a simple, fast-food style burrito spot but we really enjoy the options and flavors. One quick note: I do hope they add the option of "no rice" on DoorDash -- it didn't give us the choice so we had to go and pick up. But aside from that small blip, we are excited to try more options! Amazing Food & Exceptional Service! I had the absolute best experience at Bubbakoo Burritos today! The food was incredible, with bold flavors and amazing sauces that elevated every bite. The staff went above and beyond, especially the sweet girl behind the counter who was so kind to my daughter. She gave her beans and rice along with a Capri Sun for free! The combination of delicious food and genuinely caring service makes this place a must-visit. Highly recommend! We will be going back! We entered the restaurant on an evening when it was completely empty. Even the service staff (who I believe are actually the owners and this "Ben G" responding to reviews isn't a real person. Prove me wrong...) was sitting in the back. When they emerged. BOTH were wearing AirPods, and thus had trouble hearing our orders. Just walk in the restaurant and look at the food display. Order a taco and quesadilla compare it to any other Mexican restaurant in the area. La Villa, El patron, Cali burrito, Taco Bell... my wife ordered a nachos and had to pick her third choice of protein, as I suppose they were out of a couple, seeing that the restaurant was only going to be open for a couple more hours. The protein was overcooked, the vegetables were sad, what can I say, Spring Hill will sort this place out like it does. The Mexican restaurant Franchise-in-a-box approach. VASTLY overpriced. For one quesadilla and one nachos, the only extras ordered were guacamole for one order and queso sauce for another... $35. Yeah I'm good... My burrito was all rice. Had very little other ingredients. Very disappointing. I had high hopes of loving this place but was not impressed for my 1st visit. We ordered 7 entrees and 3 people wee somewhat satisfied. The other 4 were not. OK, I've been waiting for this place to open for a while now and today is the day. The whole family went in and the place looks great. The menus look amazing. The people were nice and helped us through the options. The food selection was really large,/ many options and very tasty. Hidden jem!! We have eaten here 3 times and have enjoyed it every time. The crispy cheesy birria dilla is soo good! We love it!! I have also tried the chipotle cream burrito and liked it as well. My only recommendation is to check your orders placed on the app prior to leaving. I have had a couple times where ingredients were missing from my burrito when ordering on the app but this was when they first opened and they quickly fixed my issue:) read more

I was excited to go to this location, especially as I had never heard of it before, and it was very lackluster, to be honest. I originally wanted to try their BBQ Pork Burritodilla, but when I asked the guy at the front if they had that, he acted like I didn't know what I was saying cause he said it didn't exist even though it was on the app. Then after he told me that I ordered a grilled chicken burritodilla. That didn't come out correctly, because not only did they not ask me what I wanted on it, but doesn't a burritodilla come with rice and beans, etc.? Mine was just grilled chicken and cheese. And they charged me for a burritodilla. It was just a super bland quesadilla. Not to mention, the girl at the register messed up my friends order. So she had to recharge his jalapeño bites after he was about to sit down. They were helpful in their actions but not in conversation. It was like they had no communication with each other. I will not be going back for a while after this visit. The place was clean though, I'll give them that. It's a pass for a real foodie. There's nothing inherently "wrong" with it, but it's missing the mark for me. The first time we ordered through doordash, so I kind of expected the food to be lukewarm. The second time, we went inside to eat, and kind of wish I had doordashed again. It has a Chipotle setup, except Chipotle's volume allows for the food to be a little more fresh and steamy. I wanted the grilled chicken but it looked like it had been sitting for a very long time. Just very dry looking. I was also disappointed to see the fired chicken cutlets and the big rice potato ball just sitting in a container potentially under a heating lamp that wasn't on. read more

Definitely try this place! My 3 tacos were overflowing with all the toppings, everything fresh, flavors were on point and it was just over $10! I asked to sample some of the sauces and went with garlic creme. It had a kick so go light if dont like spice. I will for sure be back! read more

Great main dish. We were a party of 4. Chips did not come with 3 out of our 4 meals. Salsa not provided free. I did purchase large queso, but the chips that came with it was a small amount. Been twice now and both times were really good. The staff is also very friendly. We haven't tried much but the birria tacos and quesadilla are super yummy. The tacos were huge, we definitely could've shared. On the 2nd visit, I did a build your own bowl and kept it pretty basic. It was fresh and the portion was very large. Tried Bubbakoos Burritos yesterday and it was absolutely delicious I ordered ahead pickup online and it was ready on a shelf. The place is really cute inside. All of the ingredients of the burrito were fresh and delicious including the rice cooked to perfection. We ordered two burritos and the chips and queso 4 oz. were also very good and offered for free for email signup. I plan on getting Bubbakoos 3-4 times a month. 5 stars!! read more
