This was a terrible experience. Ordered online and when I got to the window, after about 10 minutes the guy asked me to "pull forward and I'll bring it out to you." I decided not to "pull forward" bc no one was behind me. When he came back he opened the window annoyed and I said "I'm not pulling forward bc no one is behind me." He said "we have to hit a certain mark.." I said "well if I get my food and yall mess up then I have to get back in line to tell you and by that point my food will be cold." He rolled his eyes and said, "you could bring it inside." Then I said "then what's the point of a drive through" he then said "whatever, it's too late now." Then my roommate decided she was gonna just go inside bc the guy who gave me attitude looked gross and keeps touching his hair and hat with his used gloves and she wanted to see if he was making the food... and sure enough, he was. He was handling the cash with his gloves on, kept touching his hair, hat, and face then touching the food. It was disgusting. Me and my roommate walked in and told them we wanted to cancel and they ignored us. When the lady called my name I said "I want to cancel" and she said "we don't do that." And handed me this gross, nasty, "food".... We were so angry... but took the food anyways, feeling defeated. When I opened my Gordita supreme, I was soooo disappointed I spent $4 on NOTHING they didn't fill it up like they were suppose to. I will NEVER go to this Taco Bell again, and to be honest, I probably won't go to a Taco Bell again.... Bc I can make WAY better tacos for half the price at home! although the food was not the hottest, and the location itself was slow, my service was outstanding and made my experience exceptional. The gentleman at the window was very personable, and knew I was "balling on a budget". he offered me a drink even though I did not order one just to be kind and his kindness definitely went a long way. He also knew the menu and happily answered my qurations. Just too make sure I was happy with my order. I'll definitely return there just to receive quality service like that again. read more

Have came by this location numerous times and always the employees have shut down the dining room and have the doors locked and refuse service. I drive a truck with a large trailer and cannot get through the drive through. Every-time I'm here i watch car after car of people get refused entry. I'm visiting from Texas and good to know Taco Bell sucks here as well! I have to agree with the other low ratings. I pull up and the guy taking orders sounds gruff and like he could careless. On top of that he screwed up my order and they seem so unorganized. PepsiCo will not do anything about this or other sucky locations, they make billions of dollars a year and don't give a wit if we complain. They will continue to serve us substandard service and sloppy food and we will continue to buy it. The key is for everyone to read ratings before going and boycott location and force PepsiCo to pay attention thru their pocket. Peace ! read more

Let me start out by asking this, when you go to your favorite restaurant and order your favorite food you expect it to come the way it always does right? When I think of Taco Bell, I usually think of cheap priced food. Usually, when I go to Taco Bell, I enjoy it very much. However, I have been to this Taco Bell 3 times. The first time was good; they got my order right and the food was high quality. However, on the second time, I ordered two cool ranch Doritos locos tacos, 1 nacho ranch Doritos locos tacos, and a fiesta potato bowl with cheese and sour cream. With that, I also ordered a medium fountain drink. They COMPLETELY messed up my order. They gave me two Doritos Locos Tacos (nacho cheese) and the fiesta potatoes were all two burned to chew. The second time I came, the same thing happened, or at least it was very similar. They messed up my order, and this time didn't even give me a drink, even though they charged me for it. Overall, it was a terrible experience and if you want some fast, cheap food, this is NOT the place to go. read more

This review hurts me as I love Taco Bell and want to see it succeed. However, this Taco Bell is horrible and should be shut down. I ordered the build your own box today. The crunch wrap supreme had almost no meat at all in it. I was excited to try the cheesy potatoes only to get home and have no cheesy potatoes in my box. I tried calling but no answer so I left a message. No return call. I have been to this location several times now, as it is closest to my job, but they mess my order up nearly every time and I will not return. Go to any other location if you want good food. Very disgusted! Went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 breakfast burritos and 2 beverages. I Took a bite of my breakfast burrito and pulled out a blue rubber band! I immediately returned my food for a refund. I have maybe 2-3 times ever received my order correct here over the last 2 years. I stopped going to the place due to that and the fact you are in the drive through a minimum of 30-45 minutes at any given time. The app comes out and i decided to give it another shot. This should stream line things right? The order can't be messed up.. well at least on the order taking side and you can pay and grab with no lines. In theory this is great.. when the app and site actually work.. Ohhh it will let you spend your time clicking like a mad man, getting everything entered and done the way you want. but that last little important part where it actually lets you place it.. different story. So i wasted about 30 minutes trying to get an order in last weekend. Then another 30 minutes yesterday trying to get one in. So finally today.. we have success. The site actually works for once. I pull in, go inside, and promptly told there is no order. Yeah well i have it on good authority there is, as i entered it.. so rather than just saying.. nope no order.. how about you look for it. Nope, no order. You must have chosen the wrong store. So i leave. I pull up my orders on the site.. ohh look.. there it is.. lets see what store i selected.. well shit.. i did indeed pick the right one.
