This is what customer service looks like at taco bell in Soddy-Daisy. How was my day? My order was completed to the fact that there were enough items in the bag to make it acceptable. My food was cold like it was put in the cooler while I was waiting to pay for it. The 2 spicy potato soft tacos i ordered had just enough potatoes on it to say that there were "potatoes" on them. I have had a problem with this taco bell for weeks now. I just moved to town and have called and asked for any compensation and they said they don't have to because they are short staffed because of covid, Why does that even matter, you messed up my food and I'm asking you to make it right. For the longest time, this Taco Bell NEVER got an order 100% correct. All that has changed in the past six months or so. Management seems to have turned things around and the people working there seem much happier, and it shows in the quality of their food and the accuracy of their order fulfillment. My only complaint is that lately the nacho cheese cups for the chips and cheese are always filled halfway, never full. read more

This review is for the drive thru only. Service was about average coming here as it wasn't slow or fast, just in the middle sort to speak. This restaurant has some nice people to wait on you. I just got desert here as I just got some cinnamon twists to go. They were delicious but could have been better. Not all pieces were soft which is what I like. read more

My advice is to go to Dayton or Hixson! If you do find yourself at this location before you leave the window there are some steps to take!!! 1: check your food, 2: check your drinks (make sure they aren't flat or you have everything), 3: make sure you have the sauce you want or have any at all. Went there after work tonight and went through the drive thru. I got all of my food except for my Nacho Fries. No receipt was given, as per usual. I called the location after I got home and looked in my bag and found that my Nacho Fries were gone. Stayed on the line for 2 minutes while it rang and no one answered. I know they weren't busy as it is pretty late and the location was pretty dead when I was there. read more

This place has come a long way since my last review. The quality of employees now working here has improved. They are more respectful and stay on task to complete your order. I eat here once a week and try to get something different off the menu every time. Typical Taco Bell... I'd recommend eating here if you have the craving. read more

It is Taco Bell. And it is near my house and open late so sometimes it hits that odd craving. My biggest gripe is that the drive through needs a second menu board. I don't have the menu memorized and would like a minute to look at it when someone on the other end of the speaker isn't waiting on me. Put a menu board behind the current one next to the 9 foot warning on the overhead. First and last time I'll ever go to this Taco Bell. The food was OK, but only because I caught them making my order incorrectly and had them re-make it. I know it's all relative, but 22 minutes for an order that cost less than $17? And they weren't even that busy. Really? I thought going inside would be faster since there were at least 8 cars in the drive-thru, and only a few people in the dining area. Front register gal was not at fault here. The entire blame goes to the kitchen and drive-thru staff. Maybe they were understaffed tonight, but I counted at least 10 cars come and go through the drive-thru, while I and soon about 5 other parties stood waiting in the dining area for "fast food." Three people prepping drive-thru orders and only one making food for the dining area. What kind of backwards shift manager does that? I've eaten at Taco Bell all over the country, both coasts, and Hawaii. This one was the worst. My advice to anyone entering the dining area for food when there is less than 4 people in the kitchen: use their free wi-fi and stream an episode of Big Bang Theory. You'll get to watch the entire thing while you wait for your food. read more

Cant get an order right to save their life! Out of the last 15 times we have ordered they have gotten it correct MAYBE 8 times!! WE EAT TACO BELL CONSTANTLY, 10 of these times have been since September 1...and it WAS always the same location... bet yourself I will drive to lakesite from this point on.
