The food was a 10/10, but the only person that gave me the best service was Felicia. I walked in and i ordered at like 9pm and i waited for around 15 minutes, and asked about my food over the counter, and didnt get a response, but then i asked Felicia how long would it take. She went to the back and asked, and the employees back there got mad because i ordered so late. Felicia gave me some free taco coupons for such time being taken out of my night. I continued to wait, and they called out for someone who got there and ordered after i already ordered. They did the same thing to another person who was getting doordash. I finally get my food, and they stared at me like i did something wrong. Again, Felicia is the only one there that was actually a great worker. I don't eat Taco Bell much anymore, but while on Spring Break my daughter and I were craving it. I decided to go in and pick it up. I waited to order and was greeted kindly by a man named Doug. He asked me how he could assist me. I told him that I was awaiting my family to text me their order. So I backed away from the counter for others to order. I came back to the counter and Doug mentioned that he was "guided" to recommend to me to use the touch pads to order even with no one in front of me in line. I said, "ok" and proceeded to order. As I needed help customizing and completing my orders, Doug was right there to help out at least 3 times! Awesome customer service. While I waited, the next two customers walked right up to order and refuses the touch screens. I find it unfortunate and a bit sad in todays times (World) to encourage a human being doing a really good job to NOT interact with paying patrons and customers. THANKS Doug for being HUMAN and your service! P.s. Some other employers preparing food need to remember once you have gloves on not to touch someone's phone, catch a sneeze, or touch anything not sanitized or please change your gloves. I was greeted when I gave my order, my order came out fast and fresh, and two employees wished me a good day. Because my experience here went above what I expected, I'm rating this Taco Bell 5 stars. I came around 3pm, and ordered a Gordita Crunch. I don't go to Taco Bell often, so I wasn't even sure what I was ordering. I just knew that I wanted something crunchy, and a Mountain Dew. Had 3 Beef Taco's Supreme last night. WHERE WAS THE MEAT?? A pencil thin bead of beef? Had to search through the taco's to see if there was meat on them. REALLY! Lots of lettuce and chopped tomatoes. I have gone here after every Planet Fitness visit (don't judge me), usually between the hours of 12-2am. Since I have not been in the lobby, I can't comment on an interior experience, but going through the drive-thru, it looks clean. I dont know about those other reviews, but i come here almost every thursday around 3pm-ish and its perfect there. I do prefer going in rather than the drive-thru, but thats just personal. The staff is great. There are times when they take an extra minute or two but honestly if you think thats a problem then youre too picky for anything at that point. I admit, I was very skeptical of Taco Bell at first, only ever eating the small cheese rollup on the 89 cent menu. Then I progressed to the mango fruitista freeze, and then finally the crunchy taco. Can I tell you that I love Taco Bell now! And this restaurant is amazing. They just remodeled it, so the inside and the outside looks amazing, it really is not your typical Taco Bell. The service is great there too. They bring the food out to you! You know that this Taco Bell is good when cars are lined up outside the drive through. Plus, I don't know about you, but I love a good deal. And Taco Bell surely has them. They don't just have a dollar menu, they have an 89 cent menu too!!!! I cannot tell you how many times I have pillaged the change compartment in my car for a quick run through Taco Bell. Even though this is a fast food chain, the managers and employees really out did themselves with this Taco Bell. The before and after of the building, food and service is incredible.
