They have a onion appetizer that is similar to the blooming onion at Steakhouse's. It is fabulous. They also have drink specials like a rocket pop during specific holidays and are quite tasty. Conveniently located behind steak 'n Shake in the Publix plaza. Indoor seating is air-conditioned and they have booths, which are nice when you're with family wanting conversation. Outdoor area is shaded and has a TV in a breeze (wish they'd clean up the trash in the retention pond because it takes away from this experience). Still, the food, selection, quality, and drinks special shells have brought us back on occasion.

It isn't as good as Portillos, but still decent for the price. It was filling for lunch too. The atmosphere is the same, but the party room in the back is now available in you have an extra air conditioned space to eat. It wasn't that crowded outside, but there were quite a few inside. I guess more people wanted the cooler area as it was a bit hot and humid outside. Parking can sometimes be hard to get in the front, so there is a back area too. There is a small stage for concerts now, but I haven't seen any yet. The mechanical horse still works, but the dino one was out of order, and the dolphin one looks to be gone. Staff is pretty quick and friendly. I am glad I ate here again on Sunday as the food was good and filling. No complaints for 7.50 on a footlong Nathan Chicago dog. Will continue to visit occasionally when I am in Brooksville. Overall: B

It took 15 minutes for her to come and bring our drinks and then when we got our pizza it wasn't very warm. It definitely wasn't hot. We finished our drinks and set them on the edge and she never came back to refill our drinks or ask if anything was OK. Another in our party got up and went to the waitress and asked her if we could have a refill on our drinks and that we were tired of waiting. She said she'd get right to us. She wasn't very busy as there weren't very many customers in the store. After another 15 minutes she still had not refilled our drinks. It was absolutely awful. Like I said the pizza tasted for me and the service was horrid. The worst that we've ever experienced. I didn't even bother taking a picture of the greasy pizza. I don't recommend going to this Pizza Hut, unless they retrain their waitresses to give good customer service and be on top of who needs refills or to check to see if the customer needs anything else. When we left, we did not leave her a tip. And if we were bad people, we could have walked out without paying because she didn't pay attention to yes. We did pay, but we will never go back again. Avoid this Pizza Hut unless you want bad service and bad food.

Also, the whole grain bread was substituted for white and it seemed like there was less meat on both subs (especially the sweet onion sub with perhaps 4-5 tiny squares). We frequently receive Subway deals and specials via the app. However, we have trouble applying Subway deals at this store site. Many deals disappear when you click this location. So it seems they simply don't honor all corporate deals. We discovered that another store on Spring Hill Drive (by US 19) always honors these deals. So, do us (in these financial times) it's worth the few extra mile or two drive to save more money.
