We stopped in here on our way home late one night. Neither my husband or I have been here prior to this visit. We didn't feel like having a sit down dinner that was not fast food and didn't ant some crappy burger either. Taco Bell is usually consistent so we agreed on this. We decided to go in to order even though we did not plan on dining in or taking the food out. I was excited about the kiosks since I have not had the experience yet of ordering from one. I thought it was pretty cool of all the details you can apply to your order and customizations. I always order the chicken quesadillas and the Baja chalupa but they only have one kind of chalupa now. I ordered some Fritos burrito too because I have enjoyed that in the past. I also included a drink. So being a diabetic, there are not any diet soda options besides the mundane Diet Coke. But..... they had that special Mountain Dew in diet!!! I was so excited! Hubs ordered his usual favorites as well. We waited until our number was called and picked up our items from the counter. We filled our cups and decided to sit at a table because Taco Bell is kinda difficult to eat while driving. The food was consistent. The food tasted as fresh as it could be considering it was close to closing time. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was really clean. It also looked like it was either a new store or newly renovated. I don't live in this area anymore but if I am passing by and am hungry, I will definitely stop here again. The one less star is for the price. They charge for every little extra sauce or ingredient add on when you did not have to pay in the past. read more

I've never in my life waited this long for Taco Bell. 30 mins in line when there's only 4 cars in front. The inside is closed so the only orders being taken is the drive thru. Owners really need to check on this location because something is wrong. It's almost like the staff is waiting you out to just pull off but after waiting so long you become invested. The only way you can order is through mobile order which I did t find out till getting there at 2:30pm today. I have the app and needed 2 tacos. There was not one car in the parking lot and no one waiting behind which is the norm here. Actually every time I come they make me pay and back up to rig their service times. The last couple times my order of a couple tacos was wrong (no modifications either). So unreliable service is tends to be the norm here. Anyways, I proceed to place my order through the app which would have taken a minute and the guy on the headset proceeds to tell me that I cannot sit in my drive through. I go to tell him it is a couple items, no one is behind me, and I already have them in because I have the app, and he loses it telling me I have to go park and I don't know what I am talking about. Did not let me say a word and kept cutting me off. This ignorant child should not be dealing with customers. I always question if I should go back here because of the poor quality service, but my son loves his tacos. This confirmed my last visit to this location. I didn't order anything and left. My go-to Taco Bell since it's in a convenient (but busy) location. When I'm craving those late night tacos or just another cheat meal fulfillment, this is the place to go. Although, their lines are always long and the drive thru is always slow; especially late night. One good thing is, they never got our orders wrong (knock on air) which seems to be a common occurrence in fast food chains. This is why I gave them the extra one star to make it two stars. One time, we ordered a spicy burrito and the burrito was 95% jalapeños, I think they were playing a joke on us. Today, I ordered a chalupa supreme and the bread that comes with it was super stale. I went there the line outside was very long. I went inside to order and they told me , "we are only doing drive thru". I went on the very long line of cars and ordered dinner. Ordered a whole bunch of food. You pay and then they don't want you to drive back. What are they trying to hide? They didn't give me a receipt along with missing food. So the only time I go here is 3 in the morning. Judge me not, but regardless of that, Taco Bell is always there for me when I come home from the bar a little tipsy and very much alone. You know at this time of night the only part open is the drive-thru. Fortunately, I never have to wait.
