Still swinging and missing. I notice that awful Waffle Taco has been sidelined. Thank you. I also notice you did what I said would be good and added the cubed potatoes to the breakfast burritos, both as an addition and as a sub for meat. All good, but not good enough. The Biscuit Taco? More misguided copying of the fast food breakfast oeuvre. It's just a biscuit sandwich (right down to the eggs, meat and cheese) but in a clumsy shape. I have yet to see a "biscuit taco" as perfectly shaped as the ones in pics and on TV. Mine have been very non-symmetrical and prone to crumbling to pieces. And it's just a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit in flavor. Just more frustrating to eat. The fried chicken one is good only for the chicken. Toss the biscuit taco and eat the chicken finger. It has a nice tortilla flavored crust and the jalapeno honey is very good. Again. NO CHORIZO? Beans? Idiots. You are making Mexicans look bad. I know, I know, it's a Taco Bell but sometimes my kids request this food. Went through the drive through yesterday 4/7/15 around 4:40 pm and the lady who took our order was awesome. If management reads this, she was African American and wore an animal print headband. She got us through quickly and even gave my kids extra napkins and split their taco order into separate bags (one supreme, one non-supreme, whatever the heck that is!). Just want to give credit where credit is due. The Taco Bell on Broward Blvd is just a freak show in all aspects. I will go to this location going forward. read more

When we pulled up to order we were greeted with quite some attitude- as if they didn't want to be there. Then when we were ordering, he continued with his attitude. We asked to repeat our order and he said to pull up to the window. Then when we got to the window he told us our total- did not repeat our order and asked us to back up to the pole to wait. When our food was ready he dangled the bag outside the window. When we pulled up we noticed our order was wrong. We had ordered a number 8- Doritos Locos Tacos- and received 3 soft shell tacos and a burrito instead. We pulled back around to the window and he asked us for a receipt. He never gave it to us! He said that there wasn't a way to see what the order was- that he couldn't pull it up. I told him I worked in fast food for some time and I KNOW you can sure pull them up. We were then told, "You never said that's what you wanted. You said you wanted a number 3. I never heard number 8. Sorry." Very unprofessional and VERY rude! We just got home to find half of our order was missing! I went back to ask for the rest of my order, and they said that they couldn't help me without a receipt. Well, when we looked for the receipt in the bags, what do you know, it's not there! The store told us there was nothing they could do, even though I repeated my order word for word back to the drive thru chick, and she tried to pretend like she didn't remember who we were! I went to this Taco Bell and they managed to mess up my entire order. I asked for a crunch wrap with no tomatoes. Get it and it's full of em. Asked for the fiesta potatoes, get it and it's some strange potato taco. Asked for nachos and cheese, didn't get the cheese. It's not even worth going there, go to the McDonald's right next door or checkers across the street if you're in a hurry and wanna grab a bite. If I could give them less than one star I would. When you see the drive thru have 5 cars in front of you at the ordering menu, it usually means your going to get your food later than you expect. If I knew I was going to wait that long, I'd have gone somewhere actually worth the wait. read more

My order was pretty basic and it took 20mins in your drive thru they gave me my order they never excluded the sour cream from our meals we gave it back and the lady was very nasty about it kept walking away while I was speaking out of aggravation and the music was so loud in the kitchen she couldn't hear me everything we ordered was sloppy I had them replace 4 out of my 7 items before I could leave your corporation has a problem hiring rude and nasty people at this location this night crew is the worst they all need training and need to present them selves as honorable employees rather than some weed smoking thugs that are there for a check to go home and flip a quarter bums if this don't Change I'm going to expose this night crew read more

I come to this Taco Bell a lot since it's close to my house, every time I come here I get great service. One time I didn't check the bag before leaving and the order was missing a couple of things, after calling and speaking to the manager he had me come back and have me what was missing plus a bunch of extra food!!! If I could give this Taco Bell no stars I would. This was the WORST service ever and the so called "manager" Dierry was very rude. They are clearly stated that they are open until 4am on Saturday. We waited by the order station and heard nothing back. So we pulled to the window and they were all standing there ignoring us in plain sight. This is not the first time this has happened with the same guy named Dierry. He was very rude when he finally came to the take out window and stated he was tired so he would not serve us. There was another person behind us and he said this was not the first time this guy has done this to him as well. We left very upset and offended and without any food. I would NOT recommend this to anyone. I have never had this bad of customer service in the food industry and treated rudely and talked back too. All we wanted was a taco - but this guy Dierry was "too tired and wanted a break" so he refused to serve us and the people behind us. read more

So, I don't normally review fast food restaurants, but in the case of this location, I have to make an exception. I was pleasantly surprised to find everything clean and in good working order both in the rest room, and the dining area. My food was properly assembled, fresh and piping hot just as it should be, and often is not at a Taco Bell. The only thing that marred my experience was the manager storming out from his office and publicly giving an employee a tongue lashing because he felt my food took too long to prepare and that I was angered by the delay. Nothing could be farther from the truth. I was pleased that the employee took the time necessary to correctly fulfill my order. The public dressing down was uncalled for and made for an uncomfortable dining experience. That manager should know that there is a time and a place and a way to reprimand his employees, and it is not while that employee is in the process of handing me my food, right in front of me, and loudly enough that the entire dining room can hear. 4 out of 5 stars, it would have been 5 stars if mister manager had exercised some couth and decorum. read more

Second time I went to this toco bell this week. First time I drove 15 min for them to be close at 10am and all I got was a coupon for 1 free taco. WOW. today I went. I was rushed to order when there was no one in line. The person taking my order was very short and annoyed sounding with me. I placed my order she said it back told me total which was 19 and change. When I came to the window I spoke to the manger about it. He just said to me that's how she is. WOW. NOT ONLY THAT FOR COMPLAINING THEY TOOK ONE ITEM OFF MY ORDER AND DIDNT TELL ME. but y would they. Total crap. Came out of the drive through and they gave me a wrong order. Then when I go back in, they give me my order and a beefy 5 layer is still missing. Also, they took back the reciept so I couldn't get the 5 layer THEY forgot. The only good thing was the cinnabon delights. I recommend the taco bell in davie. This one gets barely 1 star. If they actually remember the orders and give them to the right people I'll reconsider. But im not going back any time soon. read more
