We stopped in here on our way home late one night. Neither my husband or I have been here prior to this visit. We didn't feel like having a sit down dinner that was not fast food and didn't ant some crappy burger either. Taco Bell is usually consistent so we agreed on this. We decided to go in to order even though we did not plan on dining in or taking the food out. I was excited about the kiosks since I have not had the experience yet of ordering from one. I thought it was pretty cool of all the details you can apply to your order and customizations. I always order the chicken quesadillas and the Baja chalupa but they only have one kind of chalupa now. I ordered some Fritos burrito too because I have enjoyed that in the past. I also included a drink. So being a diabetic, there are not any diet soda options besides the mundane Diet Coke. But..... they had that special Mountain Dew in diet!!! I was so excited! Hubs ordered his usual favorites as well. We waited until our number was called and picked up our items from the counter. We filled our cups and decided to sit at a table because Taco Bell is kinda difficult to eat while driving. The food was consistent. The food tasted as fresh as it could be considering it was close to closing time. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was really clean. It also looked like it was either a new store or newly renovated. I don't live in this area anymore but if I am passing by and am hungry, I will definitely stop here again. The one less star is for the price. They charge for every little extra sauce or ingredient add on when you did not have to pay in the past.

How do you offer dine in without having a register open to take orders ? This Taco Bell thinks that is acceptable. Are you fucking kidding me ??? What kind of lazy bullshit is that ? My wife and I walked right the hell out of there and will not return. We're no longer giving any business to Taco Bell or any other restaurant connected to the parent company. This ruined dinner plans and there are much better places to give our hard earned money. FUCK YOU Taco Bell.

    Minimum wage failures

The Taco Bell app let me order for pick up in this sorry ass excuse of a location, come time to pick up my order, turns out the failure of a crew they got there decided to take the night off. They get one star because without it I wont be able to post this.

It was perfect and they were willing to do whatever needed to be done to keep the us happy. The birria was incredible I just got Chicharron my brain is still processing how good it was. Maybe a little salty, but even though they were super yummy sauces on the table I didn't need to use any of them but I got sidetracked by her need for a key. The ambience was comfortable, casual, well lit and simple. Camilo took great care of us and answered all of our questions. We left completely stuffed and very happy. If I had to Nick pick, I would say that the lack of liquor license deter us from drinking like we wanted to and I wish I didn't have to ask if the margarita was wine based because we almost ordered it and I'm glad we didn't now that I know. Otherwise, we were extremely happy and I will be back often

First I will start with the aguas frescas. I ordered an horchata. It was $4.99 and was served in a tiny child size cup. When I tasted it, I noticed it wasn't even homemade. We then noticed they used KLASS powder mix to make their "aguas frescas" so completely overpriced and not even homemade. Second I will touch on the tacos. We ordered birria tacos. They asked if I wanted corn or flour tortillas. This is when I knew I was doomed for bad tacos because tacos are NOT made with flour tortillas. ‍ once we got our tacos they were 3 very small tacos and they were not served with cilantro or onion. Overall. I was disappointed and would not return here. Very overpriced for mediocre and low quality "Mexican" food.

Half the size of my hand, therefore, simple to engulf in three bites. The drizzled chipotle (I think it was) hot sauce added a nice spicy kick to each bite. Two cups of fresh salsa were offered at $2.00. The outside covered patio had seating and was nice today with a cool breeze. The Mexican eatery faces Pine Island Road in the Jacaranda Square Plaza. The gender assigned bathroom was ultra basic and sadly the cartoon ambiance from the dining room did not flow into here. Simple lack of details that were overlooked and could have been an interesting visual conversation piece as was the rest of the restaurant.

They both tasted amazing but the pastor tacos were my fave. I also asked for additional onions. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The parking is free and near the restaurant.

This spot is bright, clean with a simple color palette decor. They have ample indoor seating. Service was welcoming, friendly and helpful. I ordered a taco salad with chicken in a taco shell for take-out. When I got inside, there was nobody absolutely no one but the server/cashier. I wanted to order tacos but for one taco it was $5.30. I thought that was a bit ridiculous so I ordered a quesadilla instead which I felt like would be more fulfilling which was about 11 bucks plus my drink of soda everything came out to $15. Place was clean, the food was good and the sauces were flavorful. I'm not sure if I'll come back here for the tacos cause I feel like they were a bit overpriced usually for one taco is like two dollars and some change, but everybody is different. Not much people coming by, but I did see two to go orders.

Last minute happy hour at Tacocraft turned into such a pleasant surprise…read more I found it on Yelp while looking for a quick meet up spot with a friend, and the timing couldn't have been better. I got there around 6pm right in time for happy hour before it ended at 7. As a vegetarian, I'd honestly been avoiding this place for no real reason, but I was pleasantly surprised. The truffle mushroom tacos on the happy hour menu were excellent, along with the yuca fries and other vegetarian options. I had two tacos, two margaritas, and an order of yuca fries and let me just say, the portions are very filling. One taco would've honestly been enough. Everything was fresh and flavorful: mushrooms, roasted corn, vegan cheese, sauce, and cilantro. It really didn't need anything except maybe a little spice. Service was excellent from start to finish. The host, server, and bartender all very attentive. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable, and for happy hour seating we were moved to the bar area, which was no issue at all. Overall, great food, great service, and a really nice spontaneous evening. Plenty of parking in the back off University, which is a plus. I'll definitely be back.

The restaurant is buried in a line of other businesses door-to-door from each other, and hidden behind shrubbery. Once you find it, you will know it. There are husband and bride skeletons on the floor in the window by the door. Once inside, we were greeted, and asked if our order was pickup. It was to go. The wonderful and very busy woman at the counter, offered the menu, but we already had one. She was busy not just taking orders, taking payments, and getting deliveries out the door, but mixing drinks, and taking care of tables! She was a one woman army! Outside looks small, and so does the inside. But the layout is done in such an effective way that it there is counter seating, and more than enough tables to host a small event. It is like a small living room that is still large enough to throw a decent party! The décor is authentically Mexican with Mexican pottery, glassware, imagery, decorations, etc. Regarding the food, it is as authentic as the décor. Chilangos Mexican Grill is not Taco Bell or Pollo Tropical! The food is made from the heart and soul not from a corporate cookbook. So if you are a fan of Mexican food, or want to try it, visit Chilangos Mexican Grill. You may have trouble finding it, but once you do, the trouble will be MORE THAN worth it!!!
