Portions are generous and prices are not the cheapest in the area. $60 + tip or two to get three tackles with rice and beans a pop chips and rice and a side of stew beef. The stew beef was incredibly tender, with small chunks of potato. The gravy leaned more toward a thin broth and could have used a little more salt, but the flavor was still comforting. Seating is limited, so expect a short wait during busy times, and the parking lot can be tricky to navigate. Still, it's worth it. Service is always fast and friendly, clearly built for a big lunch crowd. You can see the kitchen staff cooking, which adds a welcoming, family-style feel. There's also a bar area where you can wait for a to-go order. It may be a little off the beaten path, but whenever I'm on that side of town, it's always a stop for me.

We had wanted to support a local business and we were rather eager to try this newer business. The place was empty (bad sign) during what should be typically the actual lunch rush. There was no one at the counter, nobody around at all. We had to yell into the back kitchen area and finally some guy came out and disinterestedly asked what we wanted to order with his arms folded (way to give off a good impression - not). We liked at the prices and realized they were kinda ridiculous- and the menu was very limited. The fixings were all lined up at the counter in chafing/serving dishes, like Subway and Qdoba. It really didn't look all that impressive, or fresh, yet we decided to give it a chance, though we almost walked out and should've. It was nearly $25 wasted for small portions of inauthentic, stale, assembly line style food.. and we got indigestion. Thanks, a lot, Burrito Bros. Literally, they charge additional up charges for everything- fir stuff you can easily get elsewhere for less money. The only guy working was rude, sulky, took a long time to make our food, threw it together and both of our orders were messy and not terribly appealing. My order was also wrong- I didn't ask for peppers and my burrito was full of very stale peppers which had brownish edges and were awful (they weren't tinged brown from grilling, they were not fresh). My food was a sloppy mess and inedible. I threw it out. My husband's food was flavorless and didn't fresh, either. He didn't even eat very much of it although he was very hungry. As for ambiance, there isn't any. It looks like they opened in a hurry and put little or no effort into the conceit, layout, design etc. There are a few tables to dine in, but really it's just a takeout place. This is not just one instance. We've had this happen several times, and hear the same complaint from other people. We still come here, but often choose the Fenton rd location instead - to avoid the abuse from the Swartz creek staff. And there was one time where they really out did themselves when our waitress came over to let us know that we were the last customer and that they wanted to go home.
