Just go somewhere else. It's supposed to be "fast food" but you spend a minimum 25 minutes in the drive thru without fail. Regardless of the time of day. You'll have one car at the window and the one behind them at the speaker and then a line behind them. So it's not even that's it's "popular" or "busy". They're just so slow and their staff will take at least 10 minutes after you arrive to the speaker before they even greet you and take your order. You can't leave because the way the drive thru is designed you're basically trapped. You think it's understaffed but then you look in the window and there's like 4 ton5 staff hanging out by the window. I just don't think they care really. And then of course, after they've taken 15-20 minutes to make your food, they're always wrong on something. Just go somewhere else and save your time and gas! I don't review fast food on here but just thought I'd warn you! This has literally been the situation at this location for years and it's never changed. read more

THEY CLOSE EARLY! I went at 1:35 am and pulled up to the window at 1:36 am. The drive thru menu lights were still on and I sat there for a few minutes while no one answered, even so at "We're closed". I pulled up to the Drive Thru window at 1:40 and the guy was cleaning and mouthed "We're closed"... even though they shouldn't be closed for another 20 minutes. Never mind the fact that they closed early, it would have been nice for someone to say that so I didn't just sit there for 5 minutes. So frustrating. read more

Stopped on the way home from a graduation party. Ordered Double Decker Tacos. They were out of beans, said they couldn't make anything that beans. Hello! It's Taco Bell! Of course on top of everything, we were in the drive thru line for 25 minutes. You would think the line would go pretty fast since the menu selection was much less without beans. read more

This place is really just horrible. The manger is awful and they frequently mess up orders and then refuse to fix them. Total lack of customer service. Today the manager refused to speak to my husband to fix an order and they took the order back just to give him the messed up item again and laughed about it. If you can't have the decency to work in customer service then just don't. read more

I live 5 mins from two Taco Bell's near my house but I'd rather drive 20 mins to this one because not only do they provide great service, they also actually give you fresh hot food rather than cold hard stale tortilla burritos from all the other Taco Bell's I've been to in Denver. I used to go out of my way to get to this particular Taco Bell because their food is always fresh tasting and made the way that it is supposed to be, they take care not to drop random stuff in your order. This place is the biggest fracking joke! Stopped in for lunch with the wife and our daughter. First off, how are you gonna run out of fracking chalupas?! My wife decided to try a grilled stuft burrito, and specifically asked the cashier what's on it. From what I could hear, he only listed off about the half of the ingredients. After, she ordered it without the avocado ranch the cashier told her was on it. When it came, it was drowned in sour cream, which the cashier never said anything about. So she took it back and very politely asked for it to be fixed. When it came out, it didn't have the sour cream or avocado ranch, but somehow now had guacamole. Again, the cashier had said nothing about guac. At this point, my wife was very irritated and asked me to get it fixed for her. They flat out refused to fix her burrito, when they're the ones that can't get their heads out if their asses and get the order right. So I paid almost $10 for them to screw up her order twice and then refuse to fix it. read more

This Taco Bell takes forever to get me my food, it may just be the area is slow all together cause chubby's does the same thing to me. Maybe it's just me actually. Anyways tonight it was so damn fast it made me excited. I ordered up some of those new fries cause my friend wanted me to get them and explain what they tasted like so here it goes. Also before I start I want everyone to know this is my opinion and not bought by Taco Bell, my opinion can't be bought. So anyways they were medium lit, like a 6 on a scale of 1 to 10. I liked them but miss the crunchiness that the chips give you with the same ingredients. I think the cheese is always what sets it off no matter what so if you were to eat anything with the cheese from here you would be good. I would recommend to a friend but I believe they could get a better order of fries from chubby's just down the street. Would I go back again for these fries? Yes, when drunk. read more
