Have ordered the chicken nuggets (with other items) three different times from this location. Each time, we have never gotten the nuggets. Not sure what's going on with that, but not impressed with that service. Rest of the food tastes fine, but would be nice to try the nuggets haha read more

The staff was rude. The pop machine was out of ice so the pop was warm. The condiment section was almost empty and it was just dirty.

Staff is always very rude, the "server's are down" is their favorite one to use I've heard that one about 10 times from them. was there on November 23 this year six people working no one acknowledged us so we ordered from kiosk. they made our order wrong. staff was very rude refused to give refund or even remake it. told us to leave or they were calling police this happened around six pm. three guys that were working were trying to intimidate us. If I could give it no stars, I would. The staff didn't even recognize us. It looked like there were only two people working. A staff member finally said she would be right with me, waited....waited.....but wasn't. We left!!! While waiting, we noticed whoever closed up last night didn't clean the place before they left. Tables were dirty, seats were dirty, VERY STICKY FLOOR!!! Garbage full. Plus, it was cold in there. Someone needs to teach them how to clean!!! One finally word....SAD!!!! First time going to this location. Went through the drive thru, Oder taker was great and even repeated my order. I was the only car in the line during this entire transaction. Pulled up to the window. The lady was very polite and friendly. Handed out my, I asked if everything was there. She replied yes. So on good faith (should have known better) I drive away. About 3 miles down the road I open the bag and start distributing the food to the individuals in the vehicle. Only to find out there was a lot of the order missing. By this time I'm almost back to Indiana. Very upsetting and misleading. I decided to not go back or call because these places will call you a liar and hang up on you. Let's not forget no napkins. No surprise, there was no line behind me which would of caused the screw up. This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to. If they actually happen to get your order correct, the crunchy tacos are always broken and aren't even be half full and the crunchwraps are very thin since they are stingy with their toppings (its almost as if the cost of the topping comes out of the workers' paychecks). I always do the online survey's and nothing changes. I will drive the extra distance to go to sturgis or middlebury for some good taco bell. read more

Like others, if I could give ZERO STARS I would. They are so slow and never remember to give your sauces. Why ask if you want sauce if they have no intention of putting it in the bag. I just waited 20+ minutes in the drive-thru at breakfast. There was only 1 person in front of me and if I could have backed out and left I would have. 2 cars further behind were lucky enough to be able to leave. Being very slow is an ongoing problem at this location that needs to be addressed for future guests, as I am done with them. read more

Worst experience of my life. To start...we waited over 30 minutes in the drive through, with only 2 cars ahead of us and no one inside. Once up there, we asked the drive through attendant if we can do anything about our bill for the wait and she said she couldn't, but she would ask the manager. So about 3 minutes later...we were told that the manager would not come to the window to help us and she would not discount our food. So, we got the managers name, got our food, and left. We then checked out food and found out it was wrong. So we went back and asked to see the manager, and waited another 5 minutes all while she was looking at us and doing little things around the back. She finally came up to us and was very rude and asked what was wrong with the food. We proceeded to tell her and she said she will not remake our food for us and just give us a refund. All the while, her employees told us how awful she is and customers that were in line inside left. So we took our food that was wrong and took the refund and left. I then counted the money just to be sure and she shorted is about $2.00. So I went back a THIRD TIME. And had to wait for her again for about 5 minutes listening to her employees telling me about all of the bad things she has done to them. She finally came back and gave me more money which it still was short. She then threw another dollar at us and said just take it and leave. And we gave it back and said no just give us the right change. So she said she didn't have a nickel...not sure why we couldn't have gotten 5 pennies, and she shut the register and told us to get out of her store. She said she didn't have time to deal with her customers. And also her employees don't know what they're doing. I imagine that is because she is a horrendous manager. I am not sure why taco bell is letting this happen. It is a disgrace. She then proceeded to call the cops on us, and they told us to call corporate because this has happened numerous times at this location. Just pathetic. I can't believe the Yum company and taco bell allows their customers to be harassed this badly. Something needs to be done. We, and all of my friends and family will NEVER go to this taco bell again. I love Taco bell but the one in Three Rivers had me very frustrated. My family went in to eat . The lady running the register was very rude, even rolling eyes at us. She obviously didn't want to be working. We stopped telling her what we wanted and walked out. Went across the street to McDonald's. 9 times out of 10 our local TB is ON it. The food is FANTASTIC and fresh! The employees are, for the most part pleasant. There are a few times where they're not that great. But mostly it's a great experience. The only problem I have with our location is sometimes they fail to get an order right. I've actually gotten home to find my food was made wrong.
