I've been eating Combo #6 - 2 Chulupa with 1 taco since they started this combo. There is definitely less protein from other TB's I been to. I would hope there is a standard measurement of all ingredients to make up each and every item on the menu. cant rate the food, never even got a chance to order. 3 different people walked past me to go to a drive thru order that they parked to get away from the window while there was nobody else in line. 3 employees on one side doing almost nothing, one person running the drinks at the window. i stood there 10 minutes and nobody would take my order. if you switched to kiosk only then i am glad i turned around and walked away. your customer service sucks. i wont use self-check-out at a grocery store and i am dam sure not going to pay the outrageous prices you are trying to charge for tacos and do your employees jobs at the same time. got a pizza across the street at the quick trip. your loss i guess. i guess the only thing keeping this place are the tourists that dont find out till its too late. They would not take my order in the drive thru because they said i don't have a car . Okay- this is a typical Taco Bell. During COVID in July, they were open but drive through only and there is no outside seating or garbage cans if you did decide to eat in the parking lot. Of course this poses a problem for many reasons... like forgotten item or missing napkins or straws...what to do? Wait in line again? Walk up to the busy drive through between cars? Oh too many question marks. Well that is what happened to us. We inquired about the order and were told politely, it's all in there...but it wasn't. Our decision was to just drive away. The speediness and sanitary precautions (masks and gloves) were there. If my order would've been given to us correctly, I'd probably have given this review at least 4 stars. read more

Why am I not surprised no one has reviewed this yet... If you are in the Army, you may know of Ft. McCoy. Many, many Soldiers mobilize through this post. It is out in the middle of nowhere. Well, I won't say that, but compared to San Jose, this place is desolate. The taco bell here serves a fruit smoothie, fruitista, and it's quite tastey. It's a little sweet, a little icey and has fresh strawberries on top. Not bad for taco bell! If you are in the military and happen to find yourself TDY (temporary duty) at Ft. I had ice cold food. Paid extra for jalapeno to be added on my meximelt didn't get it. Soft taco Supremes were cold with no sour cream and very little meat. Denise k was our cashier through the drive through and very rude. Didn't have any of the starburst freezes which was a serious disappointment to my kids. Just travelling through so want going to turn around on interstate to complain. And get right food. I suggest other food. Or check it before you leave their lot! read more

This is one of the worst Taco Bell's I've been to. When you walk in to order food it takes a long while for them to get to you. If they have an order at the drive thru counter. Got my first order completely wrong, then I called to ask if they can re do it and then they read me back my order correctly. I go back there to get my order, and it's wrong for a second time. I didn't think this restaurant could get any worse than it is until tonight's experience. Placed my order at drive thru and upon returning home found that they gave me 2 tacos that I did not order and did not give me the 2 I did order. This prompted a call to the restaurant with a so called manager. After spending over 5 minutes repeating my entire order repeatedly to this manager so she could find the order in their system, and repeating their error in my order numerous times, frustration took hold. I informed the manager I would be there in 5 minutes and requested they replace my entire order since the food that was correct would be cold and soggy by the time I went to the restaurant and returned home to finally eat. The manager indicated they would not replace the entire order, only the error they made. I responded by indicating this was not fu..ing right, at which time I heard this manager say to presumedly another manager, "he just cussed at me" and the other manager in the background stated "hang up on him" which she did. I then returned to drive thru and by intercom, spoke with the manager who was in the background. She refused to provide me the food they made a error with because " I cussed at her manager who was underage" as she stated. She further threatened to call the police if I did not leave...I should not have cussed in my conversation with the manager, I'll admit that, but I feel their actions of hanging up on me and their responses to my request to replace my entire order and then refusing to replace the food they made an error with when I returned to the restaurant was totally wrong. If this is how you want to be treated as a consumer, by all means patronize this substandard establishment. They did nothing to make things right by me for their inadequacy. My future Taco Bell cravings in Tomah will just have to go unsatisfied as there is absolutely no way in hell that I will return to or patronize this establishment..Cost to this Taco Bell, 1 consumer, cost to me, $12.38 as the food that was right was cold and soggy when I got home and went right into the trash can. read more

Ordered a Doritos locos taco in the drive thru and they gave me a hardshell with just cold cheese in it. No meat or lettuce....just cold cheese. This is not the first time they have messed up my orders. One time I simply asked for a regular soft shell taco and they told me they didn't have ground beef left...what is Taco Bell with out ground beef?!
