To walk in, you wouldn't know it, but this is a great place for pizza. Forget upgrading the building, they just focus on the food, and it's good. Whatever kind of pizza you want, they'll probably make it for you. Their prices aren't bad either. If you are a net-junkie, they have wi-fi so you don't have to leave early. These guys run a lot of business, and once you have your pizza in front of you it doesn't bother you that there's a train going by. read more

I have been told over the last two months that this was the best Pizza in Tomah. I have tried several times over the last two months to order from them. Most times they don't answer. One time, they had no delivery drivers available. Finally, I decided to give them one last try. Who ever answered the phone was absolutely rude from the pick up to the hang up. I've never been made to feel I was absurdly stupid while ordering a pizza as I did. Thank god the delivery driver was nice and the pizza was actually very good. So three stars. Nice, atmosphere it isn't a ritzy place simple hodge podge of garage sale finds. The pizza is above average and definitely amongst the best in Tomah area. Ingredients don't taste frozen or proceed. Mom and pop customer service treated me like a friend and a equal, they didn't kiss my butt just made me feel welcomed and that all I needed. Prices are on point for quality of food. read more

Called in a pizza order. Went to pick it up and they had gotten the time wrong and pizza wasn't ready. Acted like it was our fault. We would have just left but they already charged our card, prior to them realizing it was not made yet. Finally got our Mexican pizza, and the salsa was missing and the sour cream packets were 2 weeks expired (I realized this after already smearing it all over 2 slices). Real good experience. Bunch of younger guys running the place and I could tell they were proud of what comes out of their kitchen. I had the thin crust and it was excellent. Dining room was slow in the weeknight I was there, but I have a feeling delivery is the majority of their business. Skip the chain places and visit this locally owned pizzeria. After dining in it's obvious most of the business is delivery and take out orders. No beer or alcohol sells. Sodas are by the can. Attentiveness of in store diners was left wanting. Pizza is good, vegetables are fresh, and marinara is tasty. read more

So, having heard that this place makes good pizza, I gave it a try. Mistake. Last time I'll go into that place, even if it's on fire. Went in and tried to order a large take out pizza. Had to tell guy#1 like 4 times what I wanted. He blamed it on the way the computer let's him input it. After final, hopefully successful input, he tells me my total and goes back to the kitchen. Place is empty. It's a Friday night. I shit you not, within a minute he is out with my pizza. I said that was fast, even though I gave him my name about 5 times he asks me if I'm not XXXX? No, I said I'm not. Oh sorry. Dissapears with the pie. Then a old man comes in and wants to change the tv I was watching and order a pizza. He does and and also changes the channel. Whatever. Then a new guy comes out of the kitchen and asks me if I had been helped, I said yes. He dissapears. Old dude starts talking to thin air trying to get me to engage him. I won't. The guy who took my order reappears and asks me if I had ordered already....REALLY?!?! I say yes he then asks my name, again, I tell him and he prints out my recipt. I pay. Right then he leaves and guy #2 reappears with a boatload of food. Asks me if I'm so and so. I say no. He leaves, guy #1 comes back and asks why I didn't take my food?!?! I can't make this up. I said my food just went back about 4 to 5 minutes ago. He huffs and walks back to the kitchen, where both guy #1 and guy #2 emerge with the same large food order. Ask me if I'm XXXX again. I say no, then im accused of saying I said yes, before, that I was XXXX. I said I did not, just said yes to already paying which they asked me.. THEN both guy #2 AND the old dude who took control of the TV say to no one, Yes, you said you were XXXX!!!! Don't say you are XXX if you are not and all kinds of crap. I sternly said I did not say inwas XXX and I wanted a refund at this point. Well, low and behold my pizza, only 8 minutes from ordering appears. I check it, it smells burnt. I'm told no refund, please leave. As I'm leaving, who walks in? Mr XXXX! I tell him good luck and leave. I haven't even tried the pizza. Afraid to do so. Probably contaminated. Went Saturday night and ate in. We got the deluxe 16 in thin crust. The crust was exceptional! I am from Chicago and this was the best pizza I've ever had. It had the right amount of sauce and cheese with black olives, mushrooms, sausage, pepperoni, green pepper and bacon! It was super super fantastic. pizza is good however service is horrible. unless they have different wait staff i don't suggest ordering from there. we should have left after walking in when we were greeted with a "hi" and then the guy working turned around and headed to the back mumbling to himself. we sat ourselves he called from the front of the restaurant asking what we wanted. we stated we'd never been there before. he then came over with plates and forks and asked if we knew what we wanted. we gave him our order. we were never asked if we wanted a drink. after waiting about 45 minutes he came back asked what we ordered again. again never asked if we needed anything to drink. in the meantime a few customers came in and were never greeted or waited on. one customer left after sitting there for 30 minutes. the whole time we were there we heard a man swearing and yelling from the back. we had another guy bring our food out. he apologized for the wait. we just asked for a box. the original guy checked us out and mumbled and complained under his breath the whole tone. read more

The pizza from this establishment is good. When you can get it. Prices are higher and sadly the last few times I've tried to order from them something has been wrong something wasn't working and I couldn't order anything. I called in order and another time and they told me that their ovens were all broken but they would sell me breadsticks. The service here is interesting to say the least. The food is middle of the road...garlic cheese bread was actually very good but the pizza was a bit salty. One of our pizzas was very burnt around the edges of the crust. Someone in our party also got chicken wings and said those were pretty good. All canned and bottled beverages so no soda fountain with free refills. Service was somewhat slow and the CC machine was down so they were only taking cash but failed to mention that upon arrival and relied solely on patrons noticing a small hand written sign on the entry door (if you're having convo and not paying attention you walk right past like we did)...there's an ATM across the street in Pizones. One of the guests in our party used the bathroom and said it was in a very poor state of cleanliness. The staff obviously means well but it just didn't hit the mark for me. read more

Friend and I stopped in for a late lunch last week. We were greeted by a sloppy dressed guy from the kitchen who was sweaty, he asked "what do ya need?", we said we had never been there before and asked if we could dine in. He said "yea sit anywhere." from that point on the experience got really bad. He didn't point out the menu which was a laminated sheet of paper that was upside down on the table so we didn't even know that was the menu, he came back out and asked what we wanted, we asked for his advice on an option and he acted like he didn't have time for us, was very rude, almost angry. I'm not sure if he was stressed out but it made us feel uneasy. There was a door slamming in the kitchen the entire time, a woman was either telling him a story (cursing and swearing the whole time) or she was ripping him a new one, either way we could hear all of it from the dining room. He brought out our pizza which was delicious, but we didn't get plates or forks or anything.......so we ate off of napkins and about 10min later he left for a delivery, we didn't see him again. We flagged down the girl and paid and left. The food is good, but the experience was HORRIBLE. Won't be back. Owner should fire a few employees. He's losing business because of it. We were traveling to Tomah, Wisconsin. It was dinner time so we ordered a pizza to be delivered shortly after our arrival. It arrived right on time and was hot. There is no ventilation in this place customer service is poor still still haven't had the pizza but so far not impressed.
