Gotta admit... I LOVE Taco Bell... and couldn't believe the reviews here... but they were correct! First, I don't know if they were starting a band with the pots and pans but it made it impossible to order. I mean, even my neice and nephew got bored of banging pots and pans after 3-4 minutes. I actually had to ask the guy why there was so much noice and for so long. And the drive-through is correct. Coming out of the drive through is a sharp 90 degree turn off the building. It's probably pretty tough anyway with cars parked in the way during the summer... but when you have snow mounds piled up... the parked cars are actually in the drive through lane... and since no one was inside, I have to assume those are employee vehicles. The food was cold. Period. However, as the world's greatest lover of the now discontinued LAVA SAUCE (yes, I wrote a letter about it)... and disappointed... the guy at the window offered a CHIPOTLE BACON -kinda sauce. when I first got to the counter I stood there for a good 8 or 9 minutes before this fat gentleman that looked like a slobby mongoloid with a chin beard born to do his job at Taco Bell . finally helped me! it took atleast a half hour to get 6 soft tacos. And when I got them they were saturated with grease and I seen the bum with the chin beard and glasses behind the counter pick his butt and sniff his fingers I wish i wouldve recorded it because that's discusting l've never seen anyone do that in my life before Witnessing it that day. First off, I'm no Karen but this place lowkey ticked me off. I was so close to saying smth. Because the service was ridiculous. The food was horrible, and cold. They had horrible customer service. The manager looks rude and unapproachable. You can see the workers making the food, and half of them look like they don't even know what they're doing. I've went thru the drive through once before I actually came in, they took around 15-20 minutes to make one taco (Crunchwrap) and when I finally got my food, it was cold, and not put together. I ordered on door dash and was missing an item. I called the store and they told me to bring the sticker off the bag and they would make it right. I go in there after work and do what I was told and they refuse to do it because it was ordered off doordash. When I brought up that I have to pay because they screwed up the lady started swearing at me justifying it by saying that I was swearing at her. Definitely do not recommend going in there. She was extremely unprofessional regardless of whether or not I was mad it's literally her job to keep a professional manner when dealing with customers. She deserves to be fired. My orders always wrong. Last time I went the guy at the drive through whom I used to work with (he's worked there for over 3 years) was licking nacho cheese off his fingers. We made eye contact as he was licking the nacho cheese off his nasty fingers!! this is because people just grab food off the line and eat it as they work. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS A number of things went wrong with my experience! I went in and ordered with my family and the cashier couldn't even COUNT CHANGE, she kept asking us what the change was as in how much is a quarter? She also didn't know how to spell or know the Taco Bell menu because she kept asking over and over again what we wanted. Her sister then came in and she yelled across the room "your brother isn't picking you up because he is at dungeon and dragons!" So she just left as she was taking and order and chatted with her sister. She also got all our orders wrong. Now it wasn't just the girl running the cash register it was everyone working there they were all rude, not doing their job, the place was nasty and they would throw our meal bags and hope that they landed on the counter and proceeded to laugh if it didn't. We waited 35 min for our food to be completed and then afterward that long we decided to just go home We will never be going back to this location because of the dirtiness, rude customer service, the ineligibility of the cashier she didn't know how to give change back?, the lack of caring and so much more! Orders are almost always incorrect. Service is incredibly slow. They charge an extra $1 for most combos and individual items are also more expensive. So you're paying higher prices for everything else being worse then the other locations? Cool. read more

Absolutely horrible ...visited the south airport Rd location in Traverse City a few days ago , took 25 mins.to get thru the drive thru then tacos were so old they were soggy and the bottoms fell out. Visited again tonight and in 18 minutes they only filled 1 order. During this time I could see 3 different employees wandering the dining room at different times like they didn't have a care in the world ! Mind you the dining room isn't even open . Newly remodeled inside, very modern and clean. No wait to order, and food was prepared quickly. It was affordable and a quiet environment. The staff was kind and patient, and my captain crunch bites were warm and delicious. I will return again for sure. read more

The lady didn't even know the total of our order until we got to the window and we asked for sauce and she gave us it and dropped it ( we were in drive through) my boyfriend had to get out and pick it up she didnt say sorry she just looked and shut the window and then our food was gross and sloppy. I disagree with the bad reviews. I've gone to the S. Airport establishment for several years and I'm always greeted by friendly and fun staff, which takes the edge off the day every time. I've recieved beautiful taco salads, nice chicken enchiladas, nice full tacos (supremes are for me, and plain for the pups) and very filling burritos and I've never had any problems. read more

The worst quality food on the planet. The drive through is to tight and difficult when it gets packed. The pickup window forces a hard right turn and sometimes people park big trucks and it almost pins you in. The food and people that serve the food are not the cleanest. I suppose if i didn't have a job and was a huge stoner this place would get a 5 star review. Although i don't think stoners with no jobs are writing Yelp reviews. don't expect to get far here. went to the drive thru and the speakers are sooo horrible you can't hear a thing! was told i couldn't order any drinks because i had reached the limited (3) single quesadillas (1) chicken taco (3) sides of sour cream. he told us w attitude that it's a 6 order limit and that i already have 7 items and he was being nice.... ummm... three things of sour cream is different then three extra tacos. They haven't fixed the speakers so we couldn't even understand him at first when he said 6 item limit.
