This was a pretty standard Taco Bell. The store is newly renovated since they moved to a new building down the road, so the exterior looks fresh and inviting. My husband was craving a Gordita crunch, so off we went (me dragging my heels a bit). I haven't been to one in years but ordered my old standby: the chicken quesadilla. When we got our food, my quesadilla tasted just like I remembered it from long ago though the packaging around it has gotten a bit flimsier. The interior of the restaurant was clean though several of the tables were still wet after being wiped down. On our way out we almost dropped our trash into a waste bin without a bag in it. Another customer came up and told me she didn't take his order either and he had to enter his order on the order screen. I tried that but was having a hard time getting a drink ordered. Taco Bell is standard, and fairly consistent. Would be 3 stars but I habitually run into a girl who will take the payment at drive through and tell cars to go around to the front. On several occasions they have messed up my order. I today refused to pull around and she told me "the car behind you he a smaller order" which could possibly be true, however I know they use this tactic to cheat their metrics. Unfortunately, at the expense of the experience. Also doesn't help that when I refused to pull around she rolled her eyes at me. Either staff appropriately or adjust your processes to avoid negative experiences such as the one I have had. read more

Taco Bell I would of given you guys a 5 stars but employers are always great and respectful but today Sunday the 7 of April around 6:30pm, I was uncomfortable being in the lobby eating. I saw this male employee that was done with his shift and was eating when this female employee came out and started to confront him with anger but the male continued to eat not paying attention to her, all the customers turn their attention to that scene, that made me uncomfortable to watch. He was done with his shift which that makes him a customer. I don't know how can it be called a family and kids restaurant when I can hear cussing from some of the employers. I hope the people that are in charge of this Taco Bell see this. I don't have any prof but if you would of look at the cameras around you would see what I mean. This Taco Bell is okay. New location with a drive through that is well designed. However, they skimp on the fillings here!! You see the photo of the item such as a burrito or a Crunch Wrap bursting with meat and cheese etc. You order it and find that the served item has very little filling. The Doritos Locos Supreme have enough filling though the taco shells are served broken here too often making for a mess. I want what I see photos of on their menu and this Taco Bell misses the mark giving you less than what their menu photos show. read more

Go here to have breakfast with my 13year old and it takes 5 min for the drive thru guy to come help after he asked another employee to help the front the guy in the back says F%#k that. We order and get our food which was just mediocre. As the Cussing and weird noises from some worker in the back continues it just made for a horrible experience. I never thought to leave a review for a fast food place but the staff has impressed me so much so that I felt I should. We are all used to the drive thru window opening to some disenchanted teen complete with eyeball roll when you ask for extra sauce packets or napkins. This is definitely not the case here. They staff here is so friendly they even give personality to the speaker box upon first arrival. Always courteous and smiling. One of them, don't remember his name, had such a good sense of humor that it actually made me laugh all the way to the bank (wellsfargo is literally across the street). We even heard the woman in front of us pull up to the intercom and say "I couldn't see the menu from back there, so we'll need a minute." We were in the same boat! I get there a half hour before they close took a while for them to take my order, they confirmed my order to me woth everything correct I get my food and head home, I look at my food at home and everything is the exact opposite of what I ordered and the the person who took my order and who handed me my food was basically trying to rush me out when there was only one car behind me and they were trying to order I don't think I'm ever coming back after this, my order completely wrong, I order just plain tacos for myself and it comes out with extra on it, more than the normal amount for a taco wtf read more

Favorite Taco-Bell! I live in Gainesville so I don't usually frequent this location but I was driving through on my way home from work. The drive-thru line was very quick, the operators were friendly and sociable. The food was amazing, and it tasted better than any Taco-Bell experience I've had in the past (or was it just because I was in a good mood tonight?)
