The crew working the evening of June 5th 2025 was useless. The young girl working the counter couldn't figure out the clover system so couldn't figure out my discount.. she asked the two guys in the back and they ignored her when she asked them twice. Then when the guy brought my food he didn't say a word.. they all just followed me out to the front patio to light up again like they were when I arrived... nachos had a spoonful of cheese and the 4 hard shell taco shells were broken.. if I EVER see this crew working I'll go somewhere else. Don't know how you are still in business.. especially with this crew.

As someone who grew up in San Antonio, Texas and knows hella about Tex Mex food, I did not view the food to be even close to what you would get at a typical Tex Mex place. While the wait staff was nice and helpful, they were on their cell phones and not really showing the best customer service skills. There was about 3 instances where one of the girls on their phones when I needed something. Now onto the food lol. The food was meh. My friend and I went to get a meal and I ordered a chicken taco salad and he got a bean burrito. His bean burrito was just a slab of beans and he said it felt like "it was microwaved for like 8 minutes." Each bite felt like lava haha. Now onto mine, the olives kinda confused me since it was the first time I've personally seen them on a Tex mex meal, however that was not the worst part. The chicken was hella cold and unseasoned. I don't even think salt was on it...the "edible" shell was burnt and tasted stale. I couldn't enjoy the salad. Also that ketchup mild sauce??? I'm fairly sure the "hot sauce" is actually mild sauce like Texas Pete or something. We did like the queso and chips tho. The chips were fresh-ish. Also appreciated the fact the food came out fairly quick. I'm not typically someone to write a review but the experience was not that great and hope that my review can help them improve and make their future customers have a better experience than we had. My friend and I both agreed that we weren't going to be coming back and that maybe Gordon Ramsey should come give a visit to help out.

The only thing crunchy in my dinner was the styrofoam. My hard shell tacos were soggy and wet as was the Mexican pizza. Trying to pick a piece of the pizza up or a taco resulted in the entire thing falling apart. A total waste of money and a customer lost.

I LOVE Tippy's Taco. I used to go to the one up in Fairfax, but that was years ago. So my wife told me about this one and how she would go to this one with some friends from work. So absolutely I was down to go one day after a visit to Luray Caverns. This place is awesome. It sort of has that "hole in the wall" feeling. The woman at the register who took our order and delivered our food was super nice. I saw her clear and clean 2 or 3 tables pretty quickly. The food was AWESOME. I had the Mexican pizza... annnnnd... 3 tacos, one bean and two beef. Yeah. I've been craving this place for awhile. All of it was just awesome. They had this sauce on the table, so I had that on my tacos. It was really great. Spicy. But not DEATH spicy. It had a REAL great flavor too. I'll be coming back.

Ate lunch here today for the first time - ordered the Super Nachos - with black olives added in - and a Diet Coke. When I lived in Centreville, I used to frequent the Tippy's in Centreville, and often I ordered the Super Nachos. It appears as if there are differences in how the various Tippy's prepare certain dishes - for example the cheese the Centreville Tippy's puts on their Super Nachos is a creamy cheddar/nacho like sauce, whereas the Warrenton Tippy's uses a white Monterey jack cheese. And the Centreville Tippy's did not provide Guacamole on the dish - you had to pay for a side of Guacamole. The Super Nachos come with jalapenos, chili, sour cream, and guacamole, plus the black olives I had them add. Nachos were tasty, although I was wishing the quantity were just a tad more.

This is a family/kids friendly spot. Think of thisnas the Chuck E Cheese of taco spots. Simple, fast friendly but not going to impress taco lovers.

I'm hooked on this food. It's so very good. Nothing fancy, very low key place. Quality and flavor is fantastic.

Horrible, but clean. The food was pathetic as well as the staff. The cleanliness just makes up for it.

But a few things held this visit back from being a great experience. The biggest issue, and the one that cost the most stars: the noise. There's essentially no acoustic treatment in the dining room, and even at maybe 25% capacity, the sound is overwhelming. We couldn't hold a conversation without leaning in and repeating ourselves constantly. That's a real problem. It also had a direct impact on our order -- our server couldn't hear us clearly either, so a simple substitution (no beans, double rice) came out as no beans and no rice. Small thing, but avoidable. On the menu side, the descriptions need work. The patron salad lists "house dressing" with no further detail -- turns out it's quite sweet, which felt out of place on that dish. That's emblematic of the menu overall: the flavor combinations lean creative, sometimes mixing profiles that don't really belong together in a Tex Mex context. It's not bad, just occasionally confusing, and more transparency in the descriptions would help guests set expectations. Bottom line: solid kitchen, good staff, but fix the acoustics and tighten up the menu copy and this place has real potential.

Wow. I had a fever for nachos today. Normally I like shredded cheese on nachos but it seems no one…read moredoes that anymore, so I came to Moe's knowing it'd probably be queso and it was. This was my first time at a Moe's. I liked having a menu board to read while standing in line. I felt like I wasn't holding the line deciding. I ordered the veggie nachos. I was happy to see they had veggie everything options. On my nachos I had queso, black beans, pico de gallo corn/tomatoes, lettuce shredded cheese, sour cream, and jalapenos. Also I ordered an ice tea. The employees working the line were so friendly to me and others before and after me. The establishment was very clean and I didn't see any food bits dropped in other foods. In fact the hot foods had steam rising and the cold foods looked very fresh. Quite appealing, and the portions were generous. The sweet tea was sweet. I'd say it was at the top of sweet, sweet tea. Next time I might try non sweet. Also at the tea and drink counter is a salsa bar. Nice. Though everything was clean I'd like to see the plastic utensils not have plastic wrap sleeves on them. Each individual utensil and straw had plastic wrap. While it keeps germs away, that's a lot of extra trash. But again the place was very clean. I'd like to come back and try their veggie bowls too. Cost was about $10 but at Chili's or Glory Days , you have to tip whether your service and meal were good or bad. Here I didn't have to tip and I had control over what and how much I wanted. I saw my food as I was ordering. Not after. I cannot comment on the meats as I don't eat chickens, pigs or cows..

Moe's is beyond the potential for saving at this point. It was a lifelong favorite of mine growing…read moreup. The environment used to be so unique and fun, the menu was fun, now it's so commercialized and cheap. Nothing tastes fresh anymore. This is a company wide issue not just this location. Sad to say I'm done going to any Moe's ever again. The cheese was horrible, no more cucumbers, limited toppings, and the meats are so low quality now compared to early days of Moe's. The chips even were bland and paper wafer tasting. The salsa bar is terrible, no more Kaiser salsa? That was a signature of Moe's. Also for this location specifically, learn how to wrap a burrito. Dude, for a Tex mex place, that's pretty sad. It was a mess.
