This was a really disappointing experience from start to finish. The place itself was in rough shape -- the front door wouldn't even close properly, and the tables were noticeably greasy, which made it feel unclean right away. Service was slow, even though there were at least six employees working. It didn't seem organized, and we waited much longer than expected for our food. The drink situation didn't help either. Every soda from the machine was flat, the lemonade was watered down, and the ice dispenser wasn't working at all. On top of all that, the prices were high for the quality and overall experience we received. Nothing about this visit justified the cost. I went to Taco Bell and they usually close at three in the morning but they said they close at 11 four hours early which was sketchy in the first place. Then I went another night tonight and I when I got there they went on about how they didn't have Baja blast,refried beans,and large cups then when I started to order, they came up and they said that they didn't have ground beef, which literally what Taco Bell, is basically ground beef and this is the second night in a row I went and they said they didn't have ground beef. Could we just order with a human? These big tablets are just screen after screen of extra clicks and attempts at upselling the customer. I stood for 5 minutes at the one register they had and nobody came to take my order. By trying to streamline the process for the kitchen all they have done is create frustrations from the customer with a terrible user interface meant to make you spend more and add 2x the screens and clicks as necessary. Horrible from the customers perspective. Less apps, less logins, less clicks, and screens to click through. Will be looking for a better experience elsewhere. I'd never been to this Taco Bell until a few days ago when my husband picked some food up here on his way back from work. I must admit I'm disappointed in the loss of lots of menu items, but I still found something I wanted. I usually go for the cheesy bean and rice burritos. I've loved them since high school when I was a vegetarian and I tend to just stick to those. My husband got a bunch of different stuff and he said it was all pretty good. When we opened the Taco Supreme, the filling was less than half of what should have been served and appeared to have been flattened by the person who placed it in the bag, The quesadilla that was cut into 4 pieces as usual, had one end piece that had a tiny bit of cheese on it with nothing else! The store manager refused to serve me. I am a truck driver and so obviously my truck cannot fit in near the drive-through. So I parked my vehicle elsewhere and walked up to the window to ask if I can order. She refused to serve me even though my semi truck today just gotten out of was clearly visible. I find this quite offensive As I have delivered freight to many fast food restaurants. Because of the unreasonable restrictions placed on restaurants due to COVID-19 I cannot go into the building to order and because of that other fast food restaurants today is going to have made an exception to their drive-through policy so that I can order food. One of the few good things about Taco Bell is speed. My son likes the food, so two days ago I took him after soccer practice....and we left empty-handed after waiting 20 minutes to get someone to take our order. So to make up for that I tried to go BEFORE his practice ended to pick up for him, and left after I watched them take 26 minutes to serve TWO CARS! Big orders? Nope...one bag and one drink each time. An older black woman named Pasha (not 100% if I am correct on her name) was the rudest piece of human shit that I have encountered in a real long time. I was on a road trip with my husband and 4 friends. We came in and ordered 12 black bean burritos (no problem there and the cashier was wonderful). I stepped back in line because I forgot to order my 4 side orders of grilled flatbread (the gordita pita) this is pretty much what I always order back home in Chicago, I like to wrap the gordita pita around my black bean burrito and have a carb feast (I have lots of food allergies so I cannot do the cheesy gordita) ...she screamed at the cashier when she saw the order, said "cancel it, we have never done an order like that" I peeked my head over the counter and said "Ma'am, I order this all the time at the Taco Bell's back in Chicago" and she screams at me "Don't nobody care what the fuck you do in Chicago, this ain't your town, and we ain't doin' it" ----- Wow. 03/10/2018 at 1130am is when i went to toxic hell and the entire staff, mostly the front cashier was very very very rude. She basically choose my lunch, exactly what i didnt want and then instead of giving me my reciept with my change she took my reciept and crumbled it up right in front of me. Didnt even offer me my reciept and didnt even say welcome, how are you, bye, have a nice day, kiss my a**, nothing. She was not pleasant and the manager tall heavy set man, was rude and i could hear him making remarks as he was looking at the screen in the kitchen part. He said if she changes her mind again im gonna kill her. Im pretty sure it was directed to me. There was no one in front of me or in the drive thru and i did change my mind one time. I probably will never eat there again. Id rather drive 20 mins to Benton Harbor taco bell. This wasn't the only time they screwed up. Every Wednesday my father takes my little brother's to dinner there and it seems like every time they mess up their order. But today really did it in for me. My mother and I stopped by for an evening meal around 8pm on Aug 17th 2016. As we approach the building there are people meeting us outside saying things like you better go home and get you a coat it's freezing in there and I looked around and there was people eating their meals outside and only 2 people were inside eating with sweater and jacket on. So when I went in I mention to the girl that your customers are eating outside because it is very very cold in here. Her reply was, an irritated look and ask me if I wanted to order something.
