On the way home, I spotted something at the local Arby's here in Paw Paw that made me stop and immediately turn in: macaroni and cheese. I don't honestly know what it is, but holy good grief is a hot, steaming bowl of good mac and cheese just a panacea for everything that ails you. We'd been meaning to stop for dinner anyways, so turning in, we went through the drive through and got our food- which was all hot and correctly made, even if there were a few mistakes made (no au jus for the french dip we ordered, and the bag we were given had already ripped halfway up the side because of everything stuffed inside it. I mean, really, if there's a rip that low on the bag, can you just put everything in a new bag? But anyways... I got home and tore into that macaroni and cheese, and well... yeah, it's like three bucks a bowl, but I'd pay three bucks just for that cheese sauce. I mean, seriously, if Arby's wanted to start another nationwide craze, they'd use that white cheddar sauce they put on the macaroni, find a way to thicken it up, and pour it over some roast beef sandwiches- a white cheddar beef and cheese just sounds so good. ...what would a roast beef sandwich with a few spoonfuls of the macaroni and cheese on top taste like, I wonder...? But yeah, if you get a chance, the macaroni is totally worth it, taste-wise. I mean, I wager my niece would love this stuff, and something on a menu a kid will eat without complaining is always a good find. I also had a chance to have my first Jamocha shake in four years, and boy was it a shot to the memories. I -love- coffee-flavored ice cream. I wish there were more varieties of it out there, because the jamocha shake is really the only way I can get coffee in my ice cream. Everything looked clean, and apart from the thing with them forgetting the au jus and the bag thing, everything else went pretty well! Now if only Arby's would actively make Jamocha ice cream and sell it, well, that'd be perfect... read more

Horrible service to begin with. Order ended up being incorrect. When called the manager it was a a typical excuse (we were busy)and was treated like I was bothering them for their incompetence.Laura sorry you had more than one car in your drive thru and thanks for your unbelievably rude customer service. way to show your crew how a manager should act. I can only eat their fries here, but I wanted to give this Arby's 5 stars because of the cashier. The cashier is by far the nicest I've ever encountered in my entire life. She was a cute black girl with an upbeat and friendly attitude. You just don't expect that a fast food restaurant. I will always remember her! Oh yes, they have a bell. I feel somewhat silly writing a review for a chain restaurant off the expressway, but this place really stood out. I have not eaten @ Arby's in years. I mean how many "pickled beef" sandwiches can one drench in Q sauce and consume in a lifetime? I ordered the Angus Philly; which much to my surprise, not only tasted great, the beef actually looked like roast beef and not the typical mystery meat slices that get layered on their sandwiches. I suggest you skip the mayo type sauce they put on it, but overall a pretty decent sandwich, which came as part of a $6.99 combo. Finally, the counter service was excellent not only by the cashier, but the line mgr as well. They seemed to enjoy their jobs or at least made you feel like they did. This makes a customer feel welcomed and greatly enhances the dining experience. I would also be remiss not to point out that the cashier (it says Kelli on the receipt, so I assume that's her name) is one attractive young lady. I don't know if all Arby's have a giant bell that you can ring right before you leave to show your appreciation for their good work, but this one does and I always found it quite fun to ring it and subsequently cause all the employees to yell out some recited sing song line about being glad that you are glad, lol. Excellent service and food. I had the bourbon brisket sandwich and it was top notch. Better than I expected from a fast food restaurant. We stopped here from Chicago driving to Lansing and after reading all of the great reviews. Has to be the first fast food joint with a 5 star rating. We travel a lot between Detroit and Chicago, and I must say this is such a nice fast food restaurant. We've stopped at various pit stops on this path, and everyone that works here is so nice and friendly. They even stop at our table after we've gotten our food to ask if there's anything else we need. Who does that at a fast food restaurant? They are constantly cleaning the floors and tables, it's just so unexpected. Bathrooms are very clean as well. I would highly recommend this stop if you need a clean place to eat and rest while on the road. read more
