They came out with the flat top for the carnitas, al pastor, and chicken and they had huge stone bowls for the salsa, guacamole, and salsa verde. First the food was excellent. The meat was seasoned perfectly and coooked with the amount of crisp that I enjoy. The onions and cilantro were freshly cut and a great accompaniment to the protiens. They even had homemade tortilla chips, so I was happy to oblige for my second trip. The flavors were delicious and the presentation came across as homemade and rustic, versus some of the local Americanized hispanic restaurants in the area. Last note is that the owners, Luis and Genaro Garcia, were very kind and made sure that everyone was able to get enough food and feel catered to.
