I have been here many times. The service is always friendly. Actually, it is much better than other locations I've been too. Unfortunately, there is always an issue when ordering and/or picking up a mobile order. One time their computers were down so they didn't have access to mobile orders. Once I got through the drive through to pick up my mobile order, they told me to come inside so they could locate and make my order. That was very inconvenient and time consuming. Also, many times, they are out of the drinks that I order. This has been a common occurrence. They definitely have some kinks to work out .Overall though, friendly service and decent food. read more

To start out I used to live Taco Bell. I stopped eating there because of the high prices and low quality food. I haven't been in a couple years. Against my better judgement I tried it again. We ordered at the drive through. Got the total, paid them and ask for mild sauce. They were out !!! Fire sauce too !!! Only had Diablo. What the heck . The owners here should get on the ball and fix the problem but I guess that's too much to ask. So, I'll spend a few more years before I go back if at all. read more

the service is fine - but the groundbeef crunchy tacos are horrible. Hardlky any lettuce, hardly any cheese, a good amount of beef is applied, but they keep them for too long so when I get the crunchy taco, its soggy on the bottom - so soggy that the taco literally breaks in half and it falls all over the place. Hopefully not all locations service their tacos like this, so I will not be going to this location anymore. read more

My visit was at 5:58pm on 09/06. I don't know who was in the kitchen, but she had the nastiest attitude. The lady in the drive through was great. I needed to make a change to the order after I had placed it. I told them it was completely fine if I needed to drive around because I understand it's a hassle. The lady in the drive through told me yes, to drive around because there was only 2 of them. I told her that was totally fine and asked if I should pay for the first half now and the add ons later or pay for it all at once. She went to ask, who I'm assuming is the manager in the kitchen, and the manager got an attitude and told her to just go ahead and change my order. Then the lady in the drive through asked me to pull around and they would bring it I it shortly. I thanked her and when I was driving off I heard the chick in the kitchen say "yeah cause she fuckin changed it last minute". Excuse the absolute hell out of me, but I told them more than once I would drive around AND I asked what would be easiest for them. This location typically takes the ingredients by the handful and tosses them in a bag. I think they need to take a bit more time to make to put things together. Some items are too sloppy to pick up and others are all sour cream on one end and meat on the other. On another note, the dining room is quite small, every time I've been inside to eat there are single employees sitting at all the good tables/booths, not eating, just on break playing with their phones, I have three very small children and would like a comfortable table that is big enough for us. A single employee doesn't need a 6 person booth. Maybe if the multiple employees taking up tables sat together at ONE table there would be room for customers. read more

I wish there was a way to rate this less than one star but I guess this will do. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS TACO BELL!!! worst service ever, sloppy food, and they usually don't even get the order right. I went there yesterday and the employee told me, and I quote, "you're doing too much, keep it under 5 items" (keep in mind that I was only ordering 2 meals). The workers are always extremely rude and disrespectful. I worked fast food for over 4 years, it's not hard whatsoever. it's literally just tacos but unfortunately every single worker on their staff is extremely disrespectful and lazy as hell. Tacobell has always been my goto place for fast food wherever I go. I've been to tacobell's in 7 diffrent states, and while this one was not the worst I have been to, it definitely hit the top 5. My first impression when walking through the doors was that this place was FILTHY, even for fast food standards. It might have been acceptable if they were being slammed by customers, but there was only 1 other customer inside with me. That being said I immediately made the decision to eat in my car. After ordering my lunch with the slightly agreeable cashier, I proceeded to get my drink. Unfortunately it seemed almost half the fountain drinks were empty and needed refilling. As for the lunch that I'm eating now, it seems somewhat less flavorful that what I'm used to from tacobell, but still acceptable. read more

I am giving one star on the sole reason that the drive thru attendant was very pleasant. Otherwise, they would get 0 stars from me. I literally waited over eight minutes for a single drink. I know that there may be someone thinking that it was on a weekend or that they were really busy, but that was not the case. There was only one car ahead of me in the drive thru and it was on a Thursday night at 6:45pm. This is hands down the absolute worst speed of service that I have ever received for one drink. This particular location hardly ever has exterior lights on so the parking lot is pretty dark. Once you're able to find your way in and order your food, usually, it never comes out right. The staff never seems to care. They're mostly younger individuals, high school age, and get an attitude when you tell them your order is wrong. The food is decent, and atmosphere inside is slightly less than friendly and the dining room is always filthy. read more
