The food is up to snuff. Tasting exactly as most TB's do. They are in a complicated location on Cooley Lake Rd. You might make a left turn to get in here, you won't make the left turn to get out. Trying to order in the drive thru was a disaster. They're using some voice AI technology that doesn't work and wastes time. Fast food becomes the opposite. The only bright spot in this visit was the young lady at the window (who should be taking the order) witnessed the inability of the system to properly accept my order and stepped in to alleviate the problem. But then there were no napkins in the bag and even though I told them mild sauce, I received fire sauce. I guess it didn't matter since they only gave me three packets to cover the eight items we bought. If you get the chance, try their crispy chicken nuggets. They're pretty good. I like this Taco Bell. It is a good location. People here are friendly. The food typically tastes pretty good. It is a good location. Today I tried to new cantina chicken taco. It was nice and crispy and I did enjoy the avocado salsa. I also had the grilled cheese burrito, a favorite, nice and filling. I have had a few issues here before. You always need to check your order, especially when going through the drive-thru, they typically forget at least one thing. Also, Taco Bell prices have gone up so much, it is not the affordable food it used to be. Now, it is more of a treat than a means to get cheap food. When we came in, they did not have enough people to man the inside register, so you need to use the kiosk. But the people are very nice here, and will help you if there is a mistake. This is still my prefered Taco Bell in the area and I know of at least three others in the vicinity, but it is clean and well organized here. read more

I usually have phenomenal service from the employees, with my orders always being correct. My only complaint is the drive thru. Do not use the drive thru if you are sensitive to loud noises, the drive thru should only be used if you are hard of hearing. I'm not kidding you, the programmed attendant is so loud my ears physically hurt and I can't even think straight to order. You can hear the programmed voice from the main road. It's so distracting at the window when you're getting your pickup because again, it is so loud. I don't even know if I'm ordering correctly at this point because it's that insane. I went thru the drive thru tonight and they forgot my cinnamon twists. I figured it was an honest mistake...no problem. Went to pick up my preorder at the restaurant and went thru drive thru. When I got to the speaker I was told to come to the window. When I got to the window, I was then informed I needed to drive around and come into the building cause the order was sitting on their counter. Not sure why someone couldn't just grab it and pass it to me right there, nevertheless I obliged. Walked in, order just sitting on register counter. I grab it. It's packaged fine but I ask about the sauce packets prior to leaving. I am briefly assured they are in there and the associate who assured me simply walked away.
