Ordered online for pickup. Waited an hour for our food only to be told to pull around to wait. After 20 minutes of waited had to go inside and grab the food ourselves. Which by the way was just sitting on the counter. The little girl with an attitude from the drive through didn't say anything when she handed us the bag. Always under staffed!! Who leaves two people to run a whole store!! It's not right to the staff to do that to them! Do better management!! Place is never open for breakfast especially early enough for working people. Almost always out of some food or the other and apparently with the problems of getting decent employees they cannot get cooks that know how the food is supposed to be put together. This Taco Bell is horrible. You go through the drive thru. Get to the window and all you hear is yelling and laughing. I'm all for fun at work but at least act professional. When you get your food, it is missing items, made wrong, or crushed. Plus it takes forever to get the food. Just all around bad experience. They can never get the orders right. The workers are always teenagers who look like they're still in high school and they have bad attitudes, except for one of the girls. The only worker I've ever had good experiences with was so sweet and friendly. The food is good, especially the Dorito locos tacos. However, they never seem to have drinks in stock, which is bad since the food is very dry. I wouldn't give this a one star, considering I have had a few good experiences, but I have definitely experienced far better. read more

The place is not sanitary at all during Covid 19, the staff was very very rude and didn't want to do their job at all hardly. I ordered online and they told me they were out of cheese chalupas once I got there to pick up my order. They said they stopped selling them today and I said but it's still today. They said they sold out earlier, I said okay can I please get 4 regular supremes in replace of the 4 chalupas? I was informed by the big white lady on the cook line that they couldn't do that it would mess up inventory. Then finally after 20min and her getting more and more rude to me, Greg said they would go ahead and do it for me their boss. Then made me wait even longer to get my order. I can't believe they are even still open in York, I live here and it is the worst Taco Bell to go too in York and rock hill area. I would advise every one of you want a correct order, good or even descent service and like for your food to be hot and done correctly DON'T COME HERE EVER!!! It will be worth the drive to clover or rock hill next time my kids want Taco Bell or if not I will most definitely convince them to eat somewhere else anywhere else but here ever again. New managers they are under is worse then the old ones and I didn't think it could have got worse but it most definitely got extremely worse all the way around. One of the many many worst parts of the experience here is regardless if you order online, through a app, etc. you will still get the same exact long and horrible wait time. I asked how much longer it would be until my order was completed and I was told that they had big orders and drive through came first. When I ordered 45min ago online, I told them all of this wasn't my fault and that paying more online was part of the convenience of getting your order faster, but apparently not here at all ever. The big white lady in the cook line said here give her, her shit and tell her to get out. This place shouldn't even still be a place of business especially the way they treat customers, and on top of that complain the whole time about all the orders they have got to get done and complaining about having to work period. Everyone in this place the same time as me were upset with the way they were getting treated and the wait times. They were even more mortified the way I was treated in this establishment and get horrible for me. Save your money and eat somewhere else please and if not put a little extra in gas and go to a better Taco Bell in the surrounding area. This Taco Bell is always slow and orders are not correct most of the time. I ordered Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes and got potatoes without any cheese or sour cream. Every time I order through the drive thru , I am asked to pull around to parking lot to wait, even if there is no one else in line. I also usually like Taco Bell. However, this restaurant is a poor representative of the chain. It is always freezing in there like it was today. Also, everything I ordered came back incorrect. I ordered a spicy tostado and they gave me some roll up with something that looked like tater tots in it. Also, I ordered two tacos easy on the beef. There was so much beef on there that the taco shell was soggy. I scraped off most of it, but just get the order right! No stars, this place should be shut down. Nachos tasted like rubber and old grease that had been sitting around for years, some were fine. Chalupa...two types of chicken in it, one was fine the other was like a brick, wait til you chew on whatever the hell that was, the shell was extra crispy and greasy. Taco salad had no meat. We usually like Taco Bell but this place made me sick and disgusted I doubt I'll ever have a taste for Taco Bell again. You guys should be ashamed for serving people this crap and calling it food!!! Normally we love Taco Bell! But this Taco Bell should be formally renamed 'Taco Hell'. After waiting 30 minutes for our 'fast' food, the order was completely wrong. The food had a certain stale taste that was not adequate with the other Taco Bells we visit on the reg. I would give 0 stars if that were an option, but sadly I am forced to give out one star which they do not deserve. We will never eat here, even though the location is so convenient. I would rather drive 30 minutes out of my way to eat at another Taco Bell then subject my self to the awful service and horrible food this establishment offers. I do not recommend! read more
