I've heard the crunchy chime of more than a few Taco Bells, and I feel this is one of the better ones I've been to. Food quality, price, heat, and consistency as well as customer service- I have never had a problem w/ any of them here. Price itself on various menu items is usually in a stable middle comparatively w/ other locations (that's right folks, not all Taco Bell menu prices were created equal. There's usually slight differences in price for various combos, specials, and value menu items. Keep an eye out next time your visiting different ones). I never had an issue with this location until today. My partner placed mobile pickup order for in store for a specified time so I could pick up the order in my way home from work. He placed the order a few hours beforehand since we both had busy afternoons at work and wanted to make sure it was ready when I got there. Order wasn't ready when I got there and the person who initially helped me couldn't find it in the system. I messaged my partner to see if he placed it at the other location that a few miles down the street and he verified it was the correct one and sent me a screen shot with the address and order number. Another employee found it in the system and remarked that it was in progress for 200 minutes because of when my partner placed it. I told him that my partner ordered it a while ago so it'd be ready at the specific time he chose on the app at check out so it'd be ready for pickup on my way home. The employee told me they'd start making it and a few minutes later the name on the order was called by a woman who I assume is the shift supervisor. She proceeded to show me the receipt for the order and pointed to the time when my partner made the order and told me they'd start making made the order hours ago and ended up throwing it away because it was sitting for a long time. I told her that shouldn't have happened since my partner chose a pick up time at check out, which he knows he did because he had to scroll through to pick the time. She insisted that he must have chosen the wrong time and that it was our mistake but said they'd remake the order anyway, like they were doing me a favor by doing so. I did not like the attitude at all and being called to the counter to show me the receipt and make it seem like this was mine and my partners fault was unprofessional. I worked in customer service for over 10 years and would have been appalled if an employee spoke to a customer like that. I did a google search while I was waiting and apparently it's a known issue with the app pushing place ahead in store orders to be made immediately instead of the time they were specified to be made. This can't be the first time it's been an issue at this location. When I got home, I realized we were also missing part of the order, which honestly feels intentional considering the whole situation. People will come to a business for the product that they sell, but the level of customer service they receive will determine if the customer comes back again. That's something I tried to drill into new hires during my time in customer service. Based on the level of customer service I received today, I do not want to come back to this location and there is a reason why this location has a low score. read more

I eat here all the time and they have never messed up my order. Things are a little more expensive than they used to be, but the food comes out really fast and always tastes great. Portions are not giant, but that probably protects my health in the long run anyways. I don't have any complaints about this location. Ordering from the app has made everything really easy and smooth for me if I am in a hurry. Overall, I really enjoy this place and the service I receive. 2 thumbs up. read more

Came here about 2 months ago and haven't been able to get this out of my head it was absolutely disgusting, while paying for my food through the drive through I saw some old Hispanic employee (woman) maybe around 55-60 kissing what it looked like to be a young boy maybe early 20's in the kitchen. I'm giving a five star review to Taco Bell. I don't know why, but that seems funny. But this Taco Bell specifically is a very good one. The crew is always friendly, my order is always correct, and the wait time is for the most part is really good. The food is Taco Bell...so you get what you expect, but it's always a good temp. I know it's strange but of any restaurant I know, Taco Bell has the best Diet Pepsi. It's never flat. And that's a difficult thing to find. The drive-thru line was 10 cars deep, so I went inside to order. They were very under staffed and apologized. It was fine with me because I could tell he's was moving as quickly as he could. There is a kiosk inside that you can use to order inside if your using a your visa or Mastercard. Dining area was clean customer service very polite even while being under such pressure. read more

The line is always long here, most of the time they are pretty quick which I appreciate but today I ordered a chicken quesorito (which was $7, ridiculous in my opinion) I expected the burrito to be decent size at that price but after eating it there was maybe 5 pieces of chicken in the first few bites, after that it was all cheese sour cream and rice, no chicken. Unprofessional. The cashier was chewing as I drove up and had to cover her mouth to talk. I asked to order an extra sauce and she was nice to add it. When the manager handed her the food she asked him if there was no lettuce he smirked and laughed as she checked it and said "no lettuce." The cashier, made three different voices to say "no lettuce, no lettrice, no lettuce." I could hear and see the entire awkward exchange. Anyways, ice berg lettuce is 95% water and both of our nacho boxes 100% had 100% lettuce. Rude! There is one particular older lady working the drive thru who has taken a coupon from me, wrote "VOID" on it and gave it back to me telling me it was fake. My parents bought a coupon book from a fund raiser in North Carolina and maybe the coupon wasn't for this location but it wasn't fake and she shouldn't have written anything on it at all, even if she didn't want to accept it. This happened a few years ago but I went there recently went there and had a somewhat similar experience and it brought this back to mind...I can only think it was the same lady because it was a very distinctual mean this lady showed.
