B&C Taco Bar and Burger is a family-owned spot that genuinely feels like home from the moment you walk in. Customer service is top notch. Carlos, the son, was incredibly welcoming and even gave me some recommendations -- he mentioned the quesabirria is one of their top sellers during the week, while menudo is especially popular on the weekends. You're greeted with the classic chips and salsa, and the salsa has that homemade taste with just the right amount of kick. The tacos are where this meal really shined. The birria was tender and cooked perfectly, while the lengua was incredibly tender, although I felt it could've used a little more flavor. The tripas, though, were the standout -- crispy, flavorful, and exactly how I like my tripas. That crunch with the fresh cilantro and onions was chef's kiss. Located right on the boulevard across from AutoZone, this is definitely a spot worth checking out if you're in the area. Good food, welcoming people, and that neighborhood feel you want from a family-owned restaurant. read more

Excellent food! I was in town taking care of some business. I ate here three or four times. The Camarones Costa Azul is amazing!

I Was sat down right away and offered complimentary tortilla chips and salsa. Both tasted very good with a nice spice added to the salsa. I came in on taco Tuesday and it wasn't too busy. I ordered the chicken al pastor and carnitas tacos. They came out fresh and hot in less than 10 minutes. They all Had a great taste, however the tortillas were a little on the smaller side and wish they could've been bigger. They have a Salsa bar and clean restrooms. 6 booths and 5 tables, Both are very spacious They have two TVs. One was off and one had on the news I would've expected some Spanish music playing in the background or something but I didn't mind the calmness of the environment after working a 13 hour shift. read more

A Must-Visit Spot for Great Eats! I had a fantastic experience at B&C Taco Bar & American Food! From the moment we sat down, the service was top-notch. Our waitress was incredibly attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without ever being overbearing. One of the highlights was the chips and salsa--they came out fresh, and the salsa had that perfect hot and spicy kick that you always hope for but rarely find. As for the main course, the pastor tortas was absolutely delicious. Just the right amount of beans and lettuce with a very tasty bread. Whether you're craving authentic tacos or classic American fare, they clearly know what they're doing in the kitchen. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great flavors and even better service. I'll definitely be back! read more

First time trying and asada fries were lackluster, first off the fries at the bottom barely had any cheese, the meat made up for majority of the meal but all the fries had was meat and cheese , boring! At Albert's or Alberto's they load them up without extra charges. I also got a couple pieces of meat with fat and I had to spit it out. Feels like I wasted money...next time I will order from my tried and true ALBERTOS...tried this place and it sucked. I didn't care for it besides the meat. Also They use the wrong type of fries, everyone knows asada fries tasted best with shoestring fries NOT crispy fat fries. I hate fatter fries, shoestring is superior. Probably will not get these again unless they make some changes... also they forgot my green salsa!!!! read more

My wife and I ate here this past week, our second visit in about a years time. First, it was lunch time and the restaurant was busy, both with sit down and carry out patrons. However, we were seated promptly, water and our drink order brought quickly. The service was very good and the waiter returned several times while we were deciding on our order. I had a Chili Relienos and a Chicken Enchilada, it came served with rice and refried beans on the side. My why had the Ground beef Taco and Chili Rellenos, etc. My Enchilada was covered with something resembling colored pale green water which tasted flavorless, the chicken inside the enchilada tasted old, I did not eat it. The Chili Rel ienos was okay but contaminated with the watery sauce from the enchilada. I'll give the rice and beans a 3 out of 5. My wife ate the taco but said she wouldn't order one again from here, she didn't like the Chili Relieno. So that's my honest review, we'll give them another opportunity but not soon, I will say there were a lot of people frequenting the place and lots of take out orders. Maybe we just caught a bad order. read more

My second time to have a meal at B & C here in Yucaipa in a week. I am sold on the wonderful Mexican food, service is great and restroom spotless. Price is reasonable for the whole menu items. Chips and salsa are verry good! I live in Redlands and the drive to B & C is worth it!!! read more

After being treated totally like crap at Aibeto's across the street, then told not to come back when I rightfully left a one or two star review, I began coming here. Wish I came here long ago. The food is better, larger portions, always friendly and very accomidating. They offerred to help carry, or at least get the door, (which Aibeto's flat refused), as they could see I had a cane and a large bag of food and it can be hard to deal with a door when you are an unstable senior. I will be spending my normal fifty dollar purchases from the B&C Taco Bar & Burger from now on. read more

I have heard about this place from a number of people. The Carne Asada fries are awesome.. So I finally went in to try them.. I ordered the carne asada fries (fries crisp) and added sour cream and guacamole.. The price was around $13 and let me tell you, when I got home to eat them.. It was really good! The meat was well seasoned and I was impressed.. The portion would have fed two people as I couldn't finish them all.. The staff were super friendly and the place was nice and cool inside. The restaurant was nice and clean and very inviting.. Thank You B&C !! read more

I placed an order for 40 street tacos at 9:30 am to be picked up at 12:30 for Father's day. Food was hot & ready. I was amazed at the portions. I t was $79 with taxes. 1/2 trays of beans, rice, all the fixings including grilled onions & Jalapeños, salsas. And a huge bag of freshly made tortilla chips. A lot less expensive and more for my money than some of the other local places. Very impressed. Thank you B&C read more
