wanted to take a moment to thank all the workers for always doing an amazing job, idk what it is about this taco bell specifically but the food always comes out great, extremely quick, & accurate! i'm a picky eater & i usually have to get a lot of mods when i order which i feel bad about but they seriously never get my order wrong. i come here pretty often since i live close by & one night in the drive thru, there was one guy taking orders & making food & somehow he made all our food in 2 minutes accurately while he was taking someone else's order, i was shocked at the raw talent of this man. super nice workers. there's an old hispanic lady that works there too, also super chill & nice. queen status. read more

This has got to be the worst location I have ever been too, aside from the girl up front they were rude. None of them were smiling or friendly. We are inside and sat 2 tables away from where someone had spilled a drink. They had a sign up so we thought they were going to come and clean it up, wrong all the drink ran down the grout and under our table were we ended up with sticky shoes. Did I mention we were the only ones inside at the time? Not busy at all. Let move on to the food. We order 3 boxes and a burrito, 2 of the boxes had nacho fries one was full and the other half full so I went up and asked why that was and the guy was irritated and said well I'll give you another half a fry and rolled his eyes. Not sure why the attitude because I didn't have one but ok. I sat back down and as we opened up boxes and started to eat it was the same with everything. The nacho box had 7 pieces of steak and hardly any cheese. No sure it's called a steak nacho box. It hardly had anything on the chips and in my domes taco well it was only half full. He was like Mom I think they forgot to fill it. At this point I wasn't going back up to the counter again and asking them to remake anything after the last episode of attitude. I used to love going here and have gone to Taco Bell most of my life. I have had food allergies for as long as I have been alive, and haven't had any problems here before today. I always look ahead at the menu online to see what is in the food - I did so today, as well. Today I went in with a friend at around 12:30pm. He did not want to order anything. I ordered a single burrito called the Potato Griller. I asked what was in the food, and was told it was just potatoes, nacho cheese, and reduced sour cream - exactly what the online menu had also said. I am sensitive to spice, so I substituted the nacho cheese for the shredded three cheese blend. They did this, but completely failed to tell me that there was black pepper smothered on the potatoes. The online menu hadn't said this, either. I am allergic to black pepper. After two bites, I immediately had a reaction and had to dig around in my bag to see if I could take some medication. While I did this, my friend went up to complain to the manager. The manager was rude and dismissive of him, and she hotly told him that they didn't cook anything with pepper at all. I could literally see the large flakes of black pepper in the potato skins inside the burrito, as could he. He even took a bite and said his mouth was hot in seconds. He tried to get a refund, and the manager was all attitude and said she wouldn't give any money back. I then talked to someone different - one of the employees - who referred me back to the ridiculous manager. I said she refused to help, and I left the location immediately. i got my food through drive thru i order a bell grande nachos w/ no beans order #371663 11/20/19 1:26pm cashier maxwell h. i went back to work to eat my food to realize their was a bread clip in my food at the very bottom of the chips as if they poured it in the bowl without looking. i called them 11/20/19 2:19pm took 10 mins for someone to answer (rosa, rosia, or rosie) answered & told me to text it to her @747-333-7839. i got off the phone & realize why would i text her w/ my # for so i called back to speak to the manger & she stated it was her. she was so rude & careless she said i told you to text it to me so i can talk to my people. whatever that means. i told her it would be on yelp. & that the # she provided was not accepting calls. Went here on March 9th, ordered a nacho fry box, they gave me a chulipa box. Got all the way home, realized they gave me the wrong box, drove all the way back up there, told the young girl working the front cashier, this was 2:45, she said "oh we will just exchange it for you" she grabbed the chulipa box, threw it in the trash then gave me my nacho fry box. Why the hell wouldn't she have just gave me the extra box for the inconvenience??? She threw it in the trash right in front me. So not only did I waste gas of driving back up there, but I got bad costumer service as well. Won't be going back here Update: I ended up calling this location and told the manager about everything that happened. He said "I'm sorry I'll have a talk with her" HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE! Genius little girl at the cash register taking my girlfriend's order got her quesadilla wrong and then when my girlfriend tried to correct her after getting the wrong food, she said "well that's not what I heard :/" and proceeded to do absolutely nothing to fix it. This is absolutely the best fast food restaurant in Yucaipa. It is always clean, the employees are polite and fast with the service. I love the Chalupas and Mexican Pizza's! I've been working here since I was in middle school when they open and now 8 years later I still love it. I remember when it was being built,, back in the day there's wasn't many options in Yucaipa, so when you guys opened it was a huge deal, now that's there more out here you continue to offer the same outstanding service as always. Rude at the drive thru. I ordered the double gordita crunch box, which was clearly advertised on the drive thru menu, and the girl said they didn't have any. But I was able to order the regular gordita crunch. I thought they made them. I guess they come frozen and they heat them up?? The double is the same except it has meat on the outside tortilla. I called after waiting 30 minutes and they said "well we close in 10 minutes and we have no idea what you are talking about". To begin, the service is bad. Especially with one Mexican Old Lady who served me and my family in the absolute worst. In the beginning, you could tell she was already extremely rude. No "Hi how are you?" she plainly and rudely said "What do you want?". Which was already a downside to her awful personality. Me and my family already had an online order for Baja Blast free, from T-Mobiles promotions. When we told her, she brushed us off and said "it's not on my screen you need to order it". Confused, we showed her the order tracker, online receipt and email of confirmation of our order. She said it was our fault for not having it on her online order screen. After a bit of back and forward bickering, she finally gave in (so we thought). She goes to the machine to make the Baja Blast until she brings out a 5-Inch WATER CUP. Are you kidding? That's bogus. She claimed we "did not pay for it" so we get a cheap, free water cup. I told her that even before this dumb experience with her, I've gone to at least 5 different taco bell's while ordering it over 15 times. No problem with any other customer service besides for her. She tried to be nicer such as "I'm sorry sir.." but she had no visible compassion or compassion in her voice. It was just a cold blatant response towards her own stupidity. She never asked for help nor checked the drive through orders. After this rude experience of not getting our Baja Blast, I doubt i'll ever return again just because I do not ever want to encounter another stupid idiot such as her. read more
