I'm not a person who usually rates fast food, but this experience was awful. I ordered online. There was neither indication on the app, nor signage indicating that online orders need to be picked up inside. So, I went inside, which I did not want to do in the first place, and they ignored me. This Taco Bell does not deserve even a point. The workers were standing around on their phones instead of working. The wrap was hot but the food inside was cold and that was true of my wife's meal as well. Someone does not know how to make a wrap so everything does not come right out of the other end. I had to remind them of what they had not fixed yet. When I asked for a fork, I was told that it was not listed in my order after the person at the cash register said it would be included but it was not. The food is pretty good, I'm mostly impressed when I go, but every time they make me back up from the window and wait until they tell me to pull back up. While this wouldn't be a problem if it they needed me to wait for at least a minute. BUT they seriously make me BACK UP and drive back forward LITERALLY 2 SECONDS AFTER I BACKED UP like at the point why am I even backing up if I'm pulling forward immediately after I back up. Absolutely trash. The location in Zebulon is so disgusting. The meat on the tacos looks like baby diarrhea, shells were soggy and stuck to the wrapper. Generally looks like a depressed taco. Been to this location about 4 times already and every time I go they are out of nacho fries and fries from KFC. If you don't have them TAKE THEM OFF THE MENU! I know all Taco Bell's aren't the best, but this one is genuinely the worst. The staff is rude, they don't greet you at the window or the order screen at all. The food is literally thrown together and messy in the packaging. They don't give you your receipt unless you ask for it. Then, the receipt doesn't even give you the option to leave feedback. That just tells me that this specific location doesn't care about improving their business in order to keep revenue, or that they understand how bad it is and just don't care. I will never set foot in this location again. I have consistently received bad service here but always let it slide because I try to be understanding of supply chain and staffing issues. However, I watched the staff of this location ignore me and other customers for over 15 minutes and then lie and say they never received our online orders (later overheard the staff explaining to another team member they were just actually out of an ingredient and didn't want to deal with it) so me and others paid for food and got literally nothing. read more

We ordered $50 worth of food and when we got home to eat, it was a big surprise. There was hardly any meat in the tacos or mexi-melts. Then there was hardly any cheese or chicken in the quesadillas. As is frequently the case, the drive thru line took about twice as long as it should given the cars in line at this KFC/Taco Bell (around 12:30 pm). The screen to see your order items and total as they take it has been broken for years, so it can be hard to verify correctness. Once again, they also didn't give any utensils for the tenders and mashed potatoes, but I had backup plasticware in the car for just such an occasion. At least the order was correct and the food hot and fresh, just took longer in drive through than it should compared to other fast food places nearby or similar locations. I don't know why hours on Yelp show closed on Mondays, they are open 7 days a week except some major holidays. read more

This has been the worst experience by far in my life. The GM is rude as hell who allows their employees to address their customers as "baby." I asked for a district managers number and was told that's not an option this stems from them not following a simple direction of putting sauce in the bag. Chips were stale and had a disgusting taste to it as is but because of my pregnancy craving I still wanted the shit. I will never come to the Taco Bell in Zebulon again. I requested my money back for them to tell me that I couldn't get money back even though I put the order in through the Taco Bell app. I don't go on a rant but the way that it was handled by the idiots in Taco Bell was uncalled for. Before coming to the location I attempted to call to see about a resolution but instead all I got was "I don't know what to tell you" when it was their problem to solve in the first place. DoorDash didn't make my or so I would I have to go through DoorDash for a resolution. After being hung up on twice I went to the location for a refund and was told they were not helping me as they proceeded to call the cops because I did not move 2 inches. I hope they close this location and the employees are without a job because they do not need to work with the public. read more

The rudest employee and manager ever. My husband purchased a combo but wanted to use his cup. Instead of pulling him to the side and quietly explain to him that it is not allowed. The employee came out first and very rudely in front of other customers told him that he could not do that and to pour it out. My husband left the drink by me next to fountain while he we to get the food. And manager went and graved his cup to throw it away. My husband said he had paid for it and why would they make him throw it out. She said thow it out. Just an embarassing moment. Employee smelled of cigarettes and not very well groomed at all. This is the worst Taco Bell location I have ever been to. I placed an order with the mobile app for pickup in the drive through. I get to the restaurant and they tell me I need to come inside because they have to make it fresh. I asked why I needed to come in and they said it was "policy". Whoever implemented that policy is stupid. Like why order ahead if we can't get it in the drive through. The employees then asked me to wear a mask inside even though they were not wearing theirs correctly. There was no one else in the restaurant besides the workers and I wasn't even within six feet of them. When I finally got my food the order was not even correct. I paid for extra chicken in the power bowl and I got like half a scoop. Management and all employees were terrible. Go to any other Taco Bell and you will have a better experience. Be warned. Used the mobile app to place an order. Once at the drive thru speaker, we were told the order was ready for pick up inside (Don't fall for this lie). Left the drive thru line, went inside, and no order. After waiting 5- 10 minutes, got our drinks but only because I heard an employee say the name. After another 5- 10 minutes, finally got in the "place order " line. The young man taking orders at approximately 6:30 was very nice and helpful. I wished I had gotten his name but didn't. By the way, he was supposed to have gotten off work at least an hour earlier. He went to the back to check on our order. He said they were working on it. Keep in mind, we were told at the speaker that the order was ready for pick up. I think most people understand the situation with places being shorthand on staff, but don't lie. The past 2 times I've gone here, had the worst service a kfc could give me. I usually order the famous bowl, because it is my absolute go to. First, cheese was placed on last, unmelted maybe warm because the gravy was. It had 2 pieces of chicken in it. Drink was also wrong, or maybe just flat. I quite eating Taco Bell about 8 yrs ago, but decided today on a whim to order the Crunchwrap Supreme meal instead of KFC. HUGE MISTAKE! The Crunchwrap & the taco both had about half the meat, lettuce, tomatoes, etc on it that it should have. The Crunchwrap was about 1/2" thick! Not even close to what's advertised on the menu. No, no,no. I love Taco Bell so much but this particular one... The only one in like a 20 mile radius.. Service is always slow and I don't understand how they still never manage to heat the burritos and grillers all the way through. Always cold and half melted or not even melted cheese. Everytime I order the chx queso they mess it up. Either it's burnt to a crisp with hardly any meat and no cheese because it's been cooked out or they completely mess up cutting it and crudely throw it in the sleeve. I have never wrote a yelp review before, however I received such poor customer service from this Taco Bell location that I needed to ensure management would see this and address it. My family and I went to Taco Bell after church for a late dinner. We checked on our phones at what time the location near us closed and it clearly stated 10pm. When we drove to the drive thru at 9:40 (20 minutes before closing) the intercom stayed that they were closed. We decided to drive up to the window and inform them of this so that we could order. A young man told us that they were closed. I asked him politely at what time they closed and he nervously said 10pm BUT when the "lady" tells us to close then we need to close. Now, of course I wanted to ask who this lady was and request to speak with her and order food but I did not want to take the chance of one of the employees tampering with our food. I politely drove away. This is unacceptable. We brought our children here to eat and we were told they were closed when they clearly weren't. Very poor customer service. read more
