Mexican food is a perfect match because you get more for your money. I love the variety on the menu and the vegetarian choices. My only complaint (and the reason for 4 star rating) is the speed of service. I have been several times (perhaps a dozen?) and it is definitely a bit of a wait sometimes. I can see how that would happen in a small town restaurant. You don't want to overstaff and have that cost eat into your profit. And it certainly doesn't keep me from coming back - they do give you chips and salsa - but something to think about and plan for if you come starving or have small children to entertain.
