Always fast, always accurate, always good. We hit this place when we don't feel like cooking. The drive thru line moves pretty fast. They know to tilt the bag sideways so you stuff doesnt slide if you get an enchirito. read more

We love taco casa, but this one really struggles. Won't be back for a while for sure. Taco was pretty much inedible. Hardly any meat or cheese and it seemed old and the shell was so stale could eat it. Very disappointing since most of the locations are amazing. If I could put 0 stars I would. The food was health threating. I am horrified on the food and service here. I got the meat burrito to try out the menu, and sadly the food was very stale and uncooked. Not just that, I was going to complain but the staff here were very judgey so I bit my tounge. I am desprate for this to be resolved. I tried it and felt heavy-headed. By the time I arrived home I had a very upset stomach. I rushed to the restroom and to my surprise, my feces could power 17 delta planes.. For a straight week you could say I had an analrupture. Apparently not all restaurants are having a tough time during these days. Just stopped in at taco Casa. Ordered three chili burgers but wanted to substitute beans instead of the meat, which would have actually been a better deal for the restaurant because I'm positive the beans are cheaper than the meat. My wife is a vegetarian and suffers from the after affects of A brain tumor which damaged her taste buds. But, according to the kid running the drive-through, he said he asked his manager and the manager said no. This place must be making money hand over fist if they won't even take time to stop down to honor a small change like that. My wife and I went to Taco Casa in Springtown a few months ago. It was late in the evening and it was very busy. My wife had hurt her ankle that weekend and I had to help her in to sit at a booth. She was in pain. Then the fun began...within 5 minutes a cop arrived to check on my because of reports from the Taco Casa of my wife being drunk! I assume that the large manager of Taco Casa and the large manager of the connected store next door tag teamed to accuse my wife of being drunk when all she had was a hurt ankle. After talking with us the cop left. We finished our meal and then the same cop showed up again 5 minutes later telling us to leave or my wife would be arrested for public intoxication!!! Its amazing that an attractive slender woman can be attacked like that by these two cows. Never again will I eat there until neither of those people work at either business. There are other choices in Springtown that dont harass people with hurt ankles. FYI - this used to be our favorite place to eat in Springtown. read more

The food is right on as most all Taco Casa's as they MUST follow the lines as far as menu, recipe, food and hygiene. HOWEVER the 2 "ladies" that run this location in Springtown are VERY uneducated as well as little knowledge how to manage young high school kids , which mind you is most of the staff! I'm new to Taco Casa and have been really impressed with the 3 that I have been to. However, I recently went to the Taco Casa in Springtown and had a bit of an issue with a comment that the manager made about my weight. Well, needless to say, I was livid. I originally posted a bad review of this Taco Casa and also contacted the owner via email telling him about the incident. A couple of days later I got a chance to speak with him. He was very professional and explained to me the action that was taken. I really appreciated how he handled the situation. It was obvious after we spoke that Taco Casa has a strong customer service focus and that this was an issue with a manger still learning the ropes.
