We have come here so often over the years that the regular staff knows our orders even before we do. It's nice to be remember, makes the experience a little more personal. My kids have been eating here since they were 1yr old and this is still one of their favorite to eat. Very kid friendly. Chefs span the range from a serious cook the food experience to a full cooking show, complete with train whistles, egg tricks, and lots of fire flames. My son knows their cooking show so well that he will object if they don't do the volcano or train tricks.!it's great. The chefs also accommodate each of the guests for their hibachi experience. We like LOTS of garlic butter but not teriyaki sauce. Some guests like no garlic or extra eggs in the fried rice. I've seen them make many accommodations.
