I enjoy their seaweed and avocado salads, their wide variety of nigiri, gyozas, spring rolls, and shrimp tempura the most. There is so much on the menu to try, being the best time at an AYCE. The restaurant is large and decorated beautify with glossy wood and a tree at the entrance. If I am eating solo, I like to sit a the bar for quicker service. There was a bit of a wait to get in. It's a very large restaurant used to be a Walgreens so the floor plan is quite large. However seems as if they are short staffed since there were a ton of empty tables in the building. Aside from that after waiting for 45min we had a great experience. I went with two people who had tried other Sushi Masa locations, and they both said that this was by far the best location they've tried in terms of menu selections, quality of food, taste of each item, and service. If you're a newbie to Sushi Masa like I am, this is a small local chain of AYCE (all-you-can-eat) restaurants. They offer items outside of the AYCE menu to purchase separately too, but if you're a big eater, the AYCE option is the best bang for your buck. It's about $32 for AYCE and they have TONS of seafood choices. Their menu is expansive and you definitely won't get to try everything in one visit. They offer appetizers, salads, soups, sushi, sashimi, drinks (with your first alcoholic drink free), and even dessert in their AYCE pricing! It's honestly quite a deal! We went for their grand opening, so it was packed! We put our name on the waitlist and it was a one-hour wait, but so worth it. The waitlist process was convenient and easy too. You can check how many reservations (with the size of each group) are ahead of you on your phone to get real-time updates on the status of a table being available for you. Once seated, you place your orders and the items you request will be brought to your table as they are prepared. Each item was freshly prepared and the quality was very decent for an AYCE! I didn't have any complaints about any of the items, the staff were well-prepared and attentive (even though it was their first day and it was a full house!), and I had a fantastic dinner! Every item I tried was delicious tonight! I'm usually a little weary about the quality at AYCE restaurants, but this new Sushi Masa here was amazing! One great thing to note is that this is AYCE, but since each item is made to order and brought to your table, unlike a buffet, you don't have the issue of potential contamination of food by other customers, and you don't need to worry about unpopular items sitting under a heat lamp.
