Taco Fish is considered a street taco joint. This place feels much more than that: 10/10 food quality and agua fresca, plus unlimited access to the salsa bar, which has various salsas, slaws, and grilled onions and peppers. Weekends are busy, so getting a table on a weekday is easier. Service is well organized. The restaurant is clean, with staff constantly wiping down tables and salsa bar. It looks like it used to be a house converted into a restaurant with lots of outdoor patios. -fish taco -marlin taco -shrimp taco -chilie stuffed with shrimp -quesadillas Everything was exceptional, and this place will become one of our rotations when coming to Guadalajara.

Easily the best shrimp tacos that I've ever had. This restaurant has table service and a nice dog friendly patio.

My wife has been talking about this place for 8 years. We finally got to visit during our honeymoon. I absolutely loved how the fried fish wasn't heavy and didn't weigh you down. The salsas and Coleslaw they had to top it were flavorful and spicy. I had the shrimp taco and the calamari taco. Calamari is a new item On the menu I'm really glad I tried it. We went to both locations and every day we were in Guadalajara.

The red taco is the Smoked Marlin, very good. The fried shrimp on the right, not so much.

The shrimp and fish tacos I can do without here. Basic and a bit oily, the only thing that saves these two is the condiment bar where you can hide them on your plate with spicy crèma, shredded cabbage, etc... The stand out tacos here are the smoked marlin and mantarraya. The atmosphere is awesome especially if you sit outside. Great way to spend a break from touring around Guadalajara drinking a few beers and snacking.

Prob the best fish tacos I've tried in Guadalajara for a reasonable price! I love the fact they have a salsa self serve bar!

Best street fish taco ever. Love all those condiments to play the flavor. Very busy on weekend.

Our taxi driver recommend this spot and it did not disappoint. Tacos are 10/10. Wish we could have eaten here more often on our trip.

So far this has been the best taco spot in Jalisco. They open at 1:30 and there was already a line…read morewhen we arrived at 1:20. They promptly let us in at 1:30, and were fully staffed waiting for the lunch crowd. You seat yourself and they immediately bring out the 4 different house salsas and a bowl of limes. Love that! There's a menu on the wall or you can scan a QR code at the table. Here's the tacos we ordered: Al pastor- best one; between my husband and I, we ate 10 of these. Costilla- husband rated 7/10 Carnaza- soft and tender Lengua- tender, not chewy, husband rated it 10/10 Dorados- crunchy tortilla with carne molido inside, and topped with carne asada..this was my 2nd favorite. Asada- tender tiny cuts of meat. Total- 10/10 we are already planning on coming back before we leave! Wait staff was attentive and the food came out quickly!

Ive seen this place on youtube and the person I watch said they had the best tacos he's ever eaten…read more And this guy travels the world. So our first night in GDL we took an Uber here. Got there around 8pm and we sat immediately. Place was full but a table for two was open. We sat down and they took our order. I ordered 3 pastor tacos and 3 asadas with cheese. I also ordered a horchata to drink. The tacos came out pretty quickly. The pastor was really good. But the star of the show was the asada WITH CHEESE. The cheese is the key. They fry up the cheese on the griddle and it gives it a slightly brown color from the heat. The asada taco with cheese is the best tacos I've ever had. If you go here order this! I ended up ordering 2 more asadas with cheese because it was so good. They have some delicious salsa at the table as well as pico de gallo and of course lime. I also ordered a jaricalla which is similar to flan. Very delicious! This place is a must stop restaurant when in Guadalajara. It does get pretty busy for a good reason. The people working were very nice. If I didn't have so many places I wanted to try I would have gone again during my visit. This place is simply amazing!!!!
