First, the building is in terrible shape, the ladies restroom was closed for repair, which I get could happen, but the only other option was the men's restroom. The men's restroom was filthy - it appeared to have not been cleaned in a number of months. The young woman who took our order was friendly, but clearly was in need of training. Everything was self-serve, which in of itself is not unusual, especially as hiring has become very difficult, but the area was not clean. The tables had been wiped off, but we noticed that the whatever was left on the tables was wiped off onto the floor, which explains why the floor was also extremely dirty. The carpet looks as though it had not been cleaned in weeks. Upon walking across the carpeted area, my sandal stuck to the floor and my foot was pulled out of my shoe. Again, just horrible. I can't imagine that anyone would return to this restaurant, I know that I certainly would/will not. Quite frankly, I would be surprised to not get food poisoning - if the bathrooms are so dirty, I can only imagine how the kitchen looks. Part of the blame does fall on local management, but the larger blame falls on the franchisee holder. I did try to email the franchise owner, but the online email address is not accepting emails - not a surprise! Is this how the franchisee maintains standards? In a typical franchise contract, there are standards which must be maintained. Apparently Pizza Hut has lowered their standards or Comes Investments just doesn't care. Either way, I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. My advice would be to get out of the food service business. Serving food to customers is a serious business and those who don't give a darn for food safety, infection control and customer service should not be in the business.

Charred, juicy, medium well and a soft bun. Just outstanding in taste and texture. The shoestring fries were hot, crunchy and delightful. The kid taking my order was polite, prompt and friendly. A definitely plus. There's picnic table seating outside (it really is an old school drive in!) but I had mine to go. The menu is enormous so my next time through I'll have a burger, fries and try something else as well!
