Terrible service lately. I've seen this location go downhill steadily through the years. First it was worms or roaches in the kitchen, not sure which, but lately they can't get an order right. Out of the last five times I've been there, each time had something incorrect when I got home. One person in my household does not like sour cream, I always ask for their order without it but they never seem right at it right. It's not like you can go in to pleasantly ask or talk to someone right now. I've tried calling to talk with someone and maybe get a replacement but they don't answer the phone. Having an issue with a gift card. I have the receipt. Employees incredibly rude and disrespectful. Manger won't return calls. Franchise keeps passing it off to the store level. Owners don't respond. If they can't fix a simple issue like a gift card they shouldn't be in business. You don't treat the customers like crap. Turned in to the BBB. :) read more

I came to Taco John to find out what the typical Minnesota white person thinks qualifies as Mexican food. As a person who has spent quite a bit of time in Guadalajara, Mexico, I'm happy to report that the food here doesn't resemble any food I've had in Mexico. No, this is instead a whiter version of the infamous Taco Bell chain which itself is filled with food you wouldn't be able to find in Mexico. Long story short: It's non offensive white people Mexican food and it tastes just fine, just don't expect anything authentic. read more

Staff was nice, but took a bit to get food, but there are four of us so I partially understand. Went to look for a table and everyone was dirty but one, we had already ordered and paid so couldn't leave, we don't eat in our car. Will not eat here again unless hear of change in cleaning just way too dirty. Even kids noticed. Plus 35.00 for us to eat, pricey for fast food. read more

very mess and soggy and my taco had mold in it not impressed place needs to be shut down very disappointed in my purchase. taco johns used to be better and now it's go completely down hill. workers are sloppy and very rude. do not recommend unless you wanna eat around your moldy taco. worst fast food in town. they don't even deserve 1 star but it won't let me rate even lower. just know it's awful. read more

Thank you to the young man working at Taco John's this evening. His service was exceptional. Made my fiancé and I feel more at a restaurant than fast food.
