The others had a Loaded Baked Potato, another Loaded with Grilled Chicken and extra Bacon, and then a twist - a Baked Sweet Potato with butter, brown sugar, bacon... it was amazing! The texture was on point though, wish they were flavorful. Taco size: the tortillas are the very small street size. We did see someone get served asada fries which were huge and looked good, I'd swap the meat out. Cleanliness: The store, meat market and restaurant were all clean. Would we return? Food trucks are suppose to be a convenient way for food. Especially with order ahead options. If I didn't have a 30 minute lunch and I had plenty of time to spare, then I would try this place again. My advice to the owner would be work on timing, especially if you park on a job site. Not everyone has 20 minutes to wait. The majority of your customers get a 30 minute window. I hope the best for you guys and I'll wait to hear some good things before trying again. The food was good. The the price of convenience being at a job site is already factored in because I could buy same meal for $12 in town instead of $16. There is no convenience with late food so for me this is currently this is overpriced. Time is money!

Updating this review because I clearly caught them on the wrong day the first time…read more My original visit was during Food Truck Friday, which I've since learned is not really the environment to judge them. Volume is the priority and things move fast. Seeing the burgers again (and hearing consistent feedback from people who go regularly), it's obvious these smash burgers are the real deal. Crispy edges, melty cheese, exactly what you want from that style of burger. The fries are also very solid -- which I usually don't even bother ordering with burgers but these are worth it. Sometimes first impressions aren't the whole story. Happy to correct the record here. NOLA is doing something right. Smash burgers with crispy edges are one of my biggest food weaknesses, and these absolutely deliver.

It tasted like a shrimp gumbo mix in sweet rolls. The beignets were pretty good, soft and fluffy with a bit of a crisp outside. My daughter enjoyed their smashburger sliders.
