Al Pastor: it was decent, would eat again, it's better than most. Buche: was nicely flavored. Beans: I love beans that aren't completely smashed and have some texture! Their beans were a beautiful texture. The beans fell really flat on flavor. The taste was beans, not beans cooked with any additional flavors. I didn't have more than one bite. The texture was on point though, wish they were flavorful. Taco size: the tortillas are the very small street size. We did see someone get served asada fries which were huge and looked good, I'd swap the meat out. Cleanliness: The store, meat market and restaurant were all clean. Would we return? On this visit, however, Genaro was our server, and he was just as friendly, attentive, and funny. He made our lunch even more enjoyable. My friends hadn't been here in a while, but we all left happy with our meals. We each ordered one of the lunch specials: the taco & enchilada combo, the chile relleno, and the tamale & taco combo. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. I also like taking advantage of their drink specials, and my family never skips their delicious cheese crispy appetizer--it's always a favorite! On this visit, the young lady (teenager or early 20s, blonde) taking drive-thru orders was exceptionally pleasant, clear, and professional. She explained the process, apologized for having us pull forward to wait, and thanked us throughout each interaction. Even with what appeared to be a busy period, she remained friendly, patient, and genuinely courteous. It was one of the best drive-thru customer service experiences I've had in quite some time. Unfortunately, I wasn't the driver, so I couldn't see her name tag to recognize her personally. She truly deserves recognition for the outstanding service she provided.
